How did this place get 4.3 stars???? Goes to show people eat anything and they take our money and give us garbage! Burned gravy and the chicken not even done never again I should have known not to eat anything from Newark. Yuck!!!!!! Terrible keep the money it’s not worth fighting food disgusting! Zero stars!

I called in an order for delivery to my job. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice. I also ordered a shrimp roll.. She asked me if I wanted it spicy and I said only a little bit. I also asked for extra duck sauce. I literally got exactly what I asked for in the food came hot even though it is below 20° outside. The food also came and under 30 minutes. Please excuse the fact that I started stuff in my food in my face immediately before my review. Lol it tastes amazing also.! I’m a super big food critic and very picky about where I order my Chinese food from but this one definitely passed the vibe check.

This place used to be so awesome. I’ve been ordering here for almost 15 years and I’m assuming they sold the restaurant to new people I’ve never seen before the service sucks. The first time I ordered with the new owner She took My order for delivery and told them that it was for pick up now the second time I placed my order the wrong food was sent to me and they wanted the food that I opened back to send back to the original customers. That is disgusting. I just spent $20 on food that I don’t trust because it was sent to the wrong address and I was being sent back to me. I missed the old owners.

Everything about this place is trash the service and the food specially the women that works there. So rude it makes not wanna spend your money and if there’s an issue they hang up the phone on you don’t fix the problem and have a nerve to have an attitude about it. Rice had no flavor and tasted raw, also the egg roll had no pork in it and did not taste good, I wouldn’t reccomend to eat from this place.

I love me a nice House Special Soup when ai am sick, and Family Garden’s soup was out of this world. I did not expect it. And the egg roll was very tasty. I was surprised. Being a small take out.

Their food is ok but they keep messing up the orders and when there is a problem like an order missing or they didn’t make your order right they would ignore the problem and don’t replace it or refund. Three times I find hair in my food and they are slow. Service is bad, don’t waste your time there.
