Rebranded as a second Zaab Zaab location after the OG one in Elmhurst. The menu here offer some of the same dishes with a toned down spice level, and focusing on more seafood items like the stuffed tilapia as the decor suggests. The dishes came out fast and hot. Good selection of cocktails too, servive bit slow when it’s time for the check.

Amazing food with excellent service and atmosphere. Restaurant itself is tiny so definitely book in advance. Pad Thai puts others to shame and larb was delicious. Many of the dishes are very spicy so if you don’t want that, be sure to say. While we were there Zohran Mamdani also walked in to eat, so if that’s not a good enough endorsement, I don’t know what is!

The papaya salad is fire! It is exactly what I had in Thailand. So if you can’t handle Thai spicy, please tell them no spicy or very little spicy. Otherwise you will end up being full by drinking too much water!

Thai to the bones, hard seasoning, spicy stuff is actually spicy, everything is expensive as usual in NY.
The plate that is clearly not a fish was an omelet with crab, deliiiicious.
The fish ($40) was even better of course, bunch of flavors exploding in your mouth deliciously.

Love that it’s incredible incredible Thai food and somewhere where I can still walk in and feel like it’s a neighborhood gem. Drinks are so fun, food is amazing and on par with other v popular thai spots in Williamsburg (iykyk) without the crazy reservations. Crab fried rice goes so hard here it’s crazy. Their Crab curry is so unique in its format, I can’t wait to go back just to get this again. Their papaya salad (som tum) is phenom but def err on the side of caution for non spicy people. Birds Eye’s are there ready to pounce. Overall, love this spot. Fried pork belly app is awesome. Amen ty zaab!

Fantastic experience with the food, the service and the ambiance. It’s a smallish place, but when the weather is warm they can accommodate several tables outside. The baseline for much of the food is spicy, so be warned, but the richness of the various flavors are just so fantastic! Highly recommend.

Staff-the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful-we sat outside with our dog and he brought fresh iced water and checked on our dog numerous times. He was very polite.
Food-superb. Some of the best Thai in the area. Perfect spice levels.

Booked a prepaid prefix menu that included gratuity and was not seated until an hour after our reservation time, leaving us awkwardly standing by the entrance. We were only offered drinks after complaining that we had then been waiting for over 40 minutes. No one came to take our drink order until after we were seated and we spent the entire hour standing around the restaurant. Then, they wanted to negotiate about what drinks we could order as some of us wanted our $25 wine pairing comped. At the end of the meal, they had the chef come out and offer us dessert that I’m pretty sure was a surprise part of the meal regardless and that contained peanuts, which I am allergic to.

Excellent Isan Thai cuisine. So tempted by so many of the menu items. Their homemade fermented sausage is both refreshing and indulgent — served with papaya straws, peanuts, cabbage and lettuce wraps. Whole branzino is a total winner. Prepped for super easy eating I didn’t worry at all about small bones. Full section for vegan eating and they happily altered the Khao Soi for my wife who is veg. Their vegetable dumplings were also much better than most. Helpful service and easy to walk in. Highly recommend.
