Bought an ice cream cake and got it home to discover it was expired by a week. 40 bucks wasted. Not to mention the staff was not friendly and took over 5 minutes to acknowledge me. No thanks, never again.

Ordered 2 medium drinks on the app, waited 20 plus minutes and then had to go and ask where it was. Got silly look from them then they gave me drinks that were so watered down that I didn’t even want to drink. Management was terrible and the service matched. Recommend going anywhere but here for coffee.

Let me tell you about my FAVORITE Dunkin location. The staff here are beyond kind. They are always smiling, making small talk with me, going above and beyond on my orders and always wish me a great day. When I’ve had something wrong with my order (maybe 2 times), they fixed it with out any problem. When I didn’t know what I wanted, asked a million questions and then just ended up getting something different, they still helped me with no attitude and a smile. They make recommendations, they clarify, and they seem to always be in a good mood. I work in customer service and I’m perfectly fine if someone has an off day and I know we “fake it till we make it”, but I don’t think I could ever tell if someone here was even faking having a good day. I’ve gotten coffee and goodies from here SUPER early in the am, in the afternoon and just moments before they closed and have never had a bad experience here. I come here for the coffee and little goodies, but I stay for the staff. ☕️

Gave it two stars, because I like the matcha latte. My husband’s kolache was burnt and the donuts must have come out of a cooler…not just room temp, but cold. And, the girl at the window was rude. We thanked her…she never looked at us, smiled, or said a word. What happened to good costumer service!?

went inside to order and no one was on the counter for a good 2 min, had to wait until the employee finished cigarette outside. Ordered ice cream cups for my wife and myself. Overall, for the price charged the taste is weak and not worth the money..

I am new to the Lumberton area & live within walking distance of this location so I decided to try it out. The line for the drive thru was super long so I went inside, hoping for quicker service. The entire staff was super polite so no complaints there! However, I was very upset when I received my order. The food was cold & the hash browns were burnt. It was super busy & they seemed understaffed, so that was to be expected. What set me off so much to the point of feeling the need to come leave a bad review was that the coffees I was given were room temperature & only half way filled!!!! There is absolutely zero reasoning behind that & it really made me lose sympathy for the rest of the order being awful. Super awful experience
