I didn’t wait that long for my order, that was very nice. I tried the Signature iced latte, the flavor was Caramel Craze. It was delicious! I also tried the bacon jam grilled cheese, was huge. It had savory and sweet notes, also very good. The price wasn’t bad either. $11 for both.

I was very disappointed with an experience at this Dunkin donuts this morning so stopping here was supposed to be a treat for me. Little did I know what a mediocre experience awaited me. The only thing that was pleasant about my entire Experience was the taste of the donuts themselves. The drink I ordered was horribly sweet and syrupy. And I’m someone who likes sweet things a lot. It was so over done I threw it away. The line was long and went very slowly. And I went Mid to late morning, so it was not during a rush hour. After I received the donuts and paid for them I had to wait for my drink to be made. I waited and waited and when they were finally making a drink that looked like mine they gave it to someone at the drive thru. Finally one of the employees came over and asked me what I was waiting for I told them and they made it in front of me. Also not to sound overly picky but the counter was messy with spills and crumbs and there was little bits of trash on the floor. Over all the whole experience was not worth having again. There are a million donut shops around here and I will just go to 1 of those in the future. I don’t know why, but I was very surprised at this is very poor service and presentation with such a nationally recognized brand.

Worse location I’ve gone to. I asked for a drink that’s all over the store being advertised and they said it’s discontinued, ok, I order something else which is a medium light ice green matcha latte, and I get a cup that’s filled two thirds with all of the matcha powder at the bottom, I asked the lady who handed me the drink if she could please fill my cup and she proceeds to say that because I asked for less ice they need to give me less drink, if I wanted more ice for the cup to fill all the way or milk. I asked for more of the drink instead, she proceeds to grab my drink and fill it up with more ice, hands me the drink and slams closed the drive through window. Awful service, rude and unprofessional.

I just tried to order donuts. They accepted my order, made no attempts to prepare my order, once the driver arrived. He attempted to tell me what they had left which was no where near what I ordered. The Uber App took my money because this location accepted my order knowing that they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. As the customer I lost all the way around. My money was taken, I got no donuts and am seriously surprised that this establishment conducted business like this. I’m very disappointed!

First time there, it is the biggest one I have been. The drive thru is long and has a lot of movement. To purchase thru the drive thru is faster than inside. I did my order in and the omelet bites and chocolate croissant took a while before I get them ( slow staff or disorganized ?). The large hot caramel latte was good. The flavor of the food were fresh, and tasty. I will be back. And this location for now is the online one who has the screen to order inside the store as Mc Donalds (see picture).

The staff is rude there was a woman with brown curly hair taking my order and when I came back with my drink that she had added cinnamon to she said and I quote “well next time you need to say you don’t want that” I literally ordered a Caramel frozen coffee with no whip ?? Some of the nastiest food I have ever gotten at not just Dunkin, but fast food in general. I’m pretty sure my very soggy hashbrowns were dropped in a bucket of cleaner before being served to me, and this is nowhere near an exaggeration. I’ve never tasted anything like it and hope I never do again. Do not eat here.

Honestly, the service is mid and it’s so disorganized. I ordered a drink and I realize the workers are just there hanging out and it’s been a while so I go ask about it and they just didn’t make my order. Also, the donuts are stale. Don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Update 12/18 The Regional Mrg reached out, super nice and reverse my bad experience and expectations not only did he replace my entire order he personally delivered it to my office to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Thank you so much David V. You rock!!!
I been trying to call all morning but the phone don’t work, I received burnt kolaches. Super disappointed and the staff needs training i almost recieve someone else ordered. The team looks over whelmed.
