Got a grilled breakfast sandwich, the bread was not even toasted at all it was just warmed. There was no color on it it was warm soggy bread. I used to work for Dunkin’ donuts and if I was still managing And this was my location I would retrain your folks on the grill. There was no one behind me in line I came through on a Thursday at 1:16 p.m. after the lunch rush, there’s no reason down my bread should have not been toasted.

I usually don’t post reviews and Dunkin is so good when the food and drinks are actually consistent and prepared properly. This location isn’t very consistent. However, on (8/14/23) my wife picked up some ice coffee for us and, no joke, it was made with SWEET TEA and creamer. I don’t know what happened inside for them to use sweet tea instead of coffee but this store needs some quality control, training, etc. Pretty disappointing.

I guess even when you do delivery in another state dunkin is always out of items and does not bother to contact the customer. Orders are suppose to be ready when we get there to pick up. Like this in Colorado too. Heard them telling customers in the drive thru they were out of a ton of things. Pointless. Might as well close at lunch

Gnats in Donuts. Cashier got on her phone instead of making my drink. Manager came from back with attitude and asked me what I was waiting on. I told her my drink. Very unprofessional. Very dirty. Food presentation seems lazy. This was my very first visit to a DD. Now I question if I should ever return. Please do better, or find new job.

This location probably doesn’t have the ice cream you’re looking for but they will have nice, friendly employees. I’m not sure why this Dunkin’ has never seemed to “have it together” but it’s been that way since day one. We been together through COVID and beyond, no matter the issue America truly does run on Dunkin.

This is the BEST Dunkin in the Waco area. Always friendly service and orders are always accurate. I go out of my way to go here. No complaints unlike the one on Valley Mills. Thank you for Excellent service!

This Dunkin’ is also a Baskin Robbins, and most of the time my wife and I go in the evening to get ice cream. They’re almost always out of dipped waffle cones and several flavors of ice cream. The restaurant is also usually messy with stuff (napkins and such) on the floor and tables unbussed.

Great place, but the service has suffered since the plandemic. Pretty sure in our current economic environment, it’s hard, with alzheimers patient, running ( or not running) the supposed country to hire good people, but the customer service needs to come up significantly. Nice place, but just sad most days!
