Corporate is trying to water down the situation, offer me a free coffee and disregard how this experience has made me feel. I was in the area and decided to stop here, there aren’t any near me. Let’s just say that what I got was sinfully delicious…OMG. I had egg and bacon wrapped in a pancake…who does that!! Delicious!!! I also got hash browns, not my favorite. The young man who gave me my order was very polite and pleasant!

I’ve gone multiple times and always ask for little ice in my beverage. And most of those times they still serve a lot of ice. I don’t understand how hard it is to comprehend , “very little ice please” ; I no longer buy at this location with as much frequently as I used to for a beverage that is a few gulps but costs over $6.00

Very impressed by the managers skills, she’s quick and always multitasking. I’ve come a few times now and she’s working all areas of the store! I love how clean it is, how fast they got my drink and donuts. My daughter got a scoop on of ice cream and we sat down to eat it there, we watched as the staff worked efficiently and the customers all seemed to be pleased by their services. Best part as a mom- the restrooms are clean!

I regularly order from Dunkin Donuts and I always get the same drink. It is always a dark brown color. When they handed me this drink in the drive thru, I immediately knew it was incorrect. The workers refused to make it correctly, stating that their oatmilk supplier had supposedly changed when I ordered from them just yesterday and my drink was normal. I had to wait a total of 30 minutes just to still receive an incorrect drink. The manager was extremely rude and even started to get sassy with me at the end. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible! My donuts were stale, and my coffee was not hot at all! The morning people are so rude. Not even a welcome in. The management is horrible and she looks like a child herself. Will never come back here. Nights is forsure better than mornings, my ice cream is Atleast cold and the employees are okay. Baskin is very much better than Dunkin. Shoutout to DeAnna and her co workers yesterday for such a pleasant experience.

Came this morning on my birthday day to get some doughnuts and food with my wife and my 3 year old son. No one noticed us at all .not a hello or good morning or I be with you in a min or anything got ignored for only about 10 minutes but felt like forever considering we just literally stood at the counter and waited and watched. There were 3 people there medium busy but nothing from anyone and then on my way when I said something about poor customer service I was greeted from one lady with ohh well see ya . You guys let me down this morning on my birthday. Just wanted someone to know . Not a big deal just disappointed
