I love avocado toast. Dunkin’ has the best toast . Today was different it was burnt I was out doing uber eats and stopped here . I got the toast and a refresher. It was really nice. I didn’t have time to take it back . Hopefully next time will be better.

I’ve tried to give this location several chances, I pretty much order the same drink every day, so naturally I assume it will taste the same daily, one day it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be, one day it’s extra strong, then the next day I’m wondering if the espresso has been added. I frequent this location because it’s closer to my job, but I’m reconsidering Dunkin altogether at this point.

The staff was nice but so new, they gave me the wrong donut and didn’t know how to make my chai. They -used- to have good donuts, but they gave up on donuts a few years ago (isn’t that in their name?) to focus on coffee. I tried a chai and it was bad. The decor makes it look like their target audience is first graders. I keep wondering when they’ll add a play scape.

The guy at the cashier, I didn’t catch his name but he was really nicely to let me have two donuts for free even I want to pay for them because they didn’t have any sandwiches for me to buy but he told me it was on the house for two donuts thank you so much! The customer service is horrible and they don’t give you anytime to actually Oder and refuse to make common changes to drinks. The lady they had taking my Oder openly showed her attitude while taking my Oder and was so oblivious. I have worked in customer service and exactly where she is this is absolutely uncalled for. I don’t leave bad reviews for the simple reason people have bad days but this is more than a bad day this is multiple time I have came and received this treatment.

I ride past this location everyday and don’t buy from here cause I see the manager Rebecca car there everyday. Can I get someone else at the window to make my coffee cause I don’t trust this lady making it and I have my reasons. I have been coming to this location over two years and all the other cashiers has been ran off once this lady got here. Move her to another location so I can buy my coffee from here.

Food was ok. My hash browns were a little too dark and greasy. The coffee tasted great, but had a couple concerns.
1. The cup had a leak but was also sealed… It was weird and now my cupholder in my car is sticky.
2. The cup was not designed well to hold/maintain temperature. I felt it immediately began to disapate heat quickly, as soon as I began to drink it

Ordered a dozen mixed. I’m not sure if mid afternoon is a bad time to get donuts.. but it was a very sad mix of donuts, 2 powder sugar, 2 plain, 1 choc frosting, 1 sprinkle, and the rest were just as “plain jane”. Took care of my donuts cravings.
