Definitely feels authentic!! Tastes so good too!!! I got the huevos ranchero and my girl got the lunch special #13. We got a little excited and started eating before I took pics. But everything and everyone was beyond what I expected! I would recommend this place to anybody liking Mexican food as well as the hospitality!

I have been to El Rodeo 4 times in the last year. Food, service and cleanliness of the overall facility are excellent. On the last 2 occasions I have eaten Edgar’s Nachos off the employees favorites section of the menu. I probably won’t try anything new for a while, as these are very tasty. If tortilla chips covered with cheese and 3 grilled meats (shrimp, beef and chicken, I believe) sounds good, I recommend this dish.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here. Stopped while passing through town. The food and service are still incredible! Their homemade habanero sauce is a must try! Our server Anna was very kind and took great care of us.

Food is excellent, and prices fair. Don’t plan on a Margarita though, because they don’t serve any alcohol. I had a half order of Rodeo Burrito and was enough for me.

While on a road trip to go watch some basketball, the Hillbilly and buddy stopped in at El Rodeo in Bolivar. It was quite the experience.
First thing you notice is how colorful this place is. Wow! And the menu was pretty loaded. I loved how they use full-size 24 oz. glasses.
The service was top-notch. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. And believe them when they say their hot sauce is REALLY hot!

This is our second time here and we love it. We shared a Plato loco. So many things to try. The food was really good the atmosphere was fun and the decor is colorful and inviting. If you like Mexican food this is the place to be.

Was showing property in the area and had read good reviews on this place. Glad we came! We both had Edgar’s Nachos, but added veggies. They give you lots of cheese sauce! I had beef, chicken and shrimp on mine. Chips and salsa was really good. Great service, they were very friendly and food came fast and hot. Nice decor!

She had the Chicken Fajita Taco Salad; I had the Enchiladas Supreme. The food was average for a Mexican Restaurant. Cold unsalted chips, average salsa, decent sweet tea. The atmosphere, menu selection, and service brought up the overall rating a full star. We got there after 1:30 for a late lunch and the place was about half full. We were served promptly and the meals were hot. I wasn’t offered a receipt on check-out and had to ask for one. The cashier wasn’t as pleasant as the rest of the staff. You’ll have to walk a block or so to park when the place is busy.
