I have been so pleased with Dunkin Donuts. I use to shop with other establishments but I have become an avid regular here. The manager, Krystal, seems to always be on top of everything when I come in. I’d like to thank the staff for always having expedient, great customer service; recommending SOMETHING even though I have my go-to favorites. Some stars out front are definitely Madison, Heidi, Yasmin, and Brittney. Maria is one hard worker in the kitchen! Even night shift, David has been great! I just wanted to show my appreciation and I rarely leave reviews. I’m quite pleased and don’t see myself getting my coffee or refresher anywhere else!

The online ordering system has been down over a week, which sucks. Was told it should be back up in a day or two. Staff is very pleasant! Food and coffee are good and priced well! They need a bigger espresso machine!

I love jelly fills. The one I purchased today was pathetic. The jelly was about the size of a quarter, and not a lot thicker. Rip off. Staff was friendly, the coffee was good. Beyond that, uuuugh. I have bought donuts here several times, but today did me in. No more!

I came in at 3am and had placed a mobile order. I went to pick up my order and saw this written on my takeout bag. I really appreciate this, especially after a long night of driving and 2.5 hrs left to Dallas. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this certainly was the best one.

Aside from the poor customer service I was dealt today the other employee made up for his coworkers lack of customer service. Also I have been pleased with the service from this store way more than disappointed so I will keep coming back as I can for my iced coffee.

I ordered from this place through doordash and they did not prepare my order correctly and I called them and they lady on the phone told me “well they always messing up orders” how unprofessional! And before I expressed to her my dissatisfaction she told me they ran out of donuts before I could even get out what I wanted to say pertaining to my messed up order, I do not know who’s running this place but whoever the store managers are need they position revoked because this is not cool at all consumers are spending money at there establishments and the quality and quantities are not up to par!!!
