The staff at this Dunkin’ were so sweet — they literally called me pretty when I walked in, which instantly made my day . On top of that, everything I got was amazing! The kolaches slap, the raspberry croissant was insanely good, and of course you can never go wrong with their coffee. Such a good vibe all around — I’ll definitely be back! ☕ ✨

I can’t say enough amazing things about this Dunkin Donuts location. The staff is absolutely the nicest people you could ever meet. I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost every day for the last 8 months, nothing but welcoming and warm energy from them. They are outstanding with hospitality. Terrible service! We were next in line to be helped and a gentleman on a phone walked up behind us in line and just started ordering. The employee completely ignored us and assisted the man who walked up. No apology or anything.
Then, she was telling another employee over the headsets what happened and laughing. The other employee was repeating what happened, then realized it was me, so she ran to the back of the store. Super unprofessional.
They didn’t have any napkins either, and their donuts barely have any icing.

I’ve been coming to this dunkin’ ever since they opened and they never miss! Both the manager, i think who regularly operates the drive thru, and the young man at window (i think his name is Adam) are the best duo and provide amazing and consistent service! Better than the Dunkin’s on Hardin and Eldorado for sure their hard work deserves to be recognized the only complaint i have is they close at 7 pm rather than 8 I have evening coffee cravings …

The staff and management were friendly and polite! The breakfast sandwich was warm, delicious, and assembled to order. Since it’s not already put together the Croissant was flakey and not soggy with egg and sausage juice, which makes for a way better sandwich!

Slow service even though there was only one other person here. Service is not the best, needs to be improved. They barely gave my any of the bacon things, I don’t recommend to get that!! It looks like I already ate most but I just now recieved them. To add on, they forgot to give me a straw too!

Unreal I order an iced latte and some foreign sounding guy I don’t know Swedish or something with long brown hair gives me a half full I don’t even know what because half of it was missing, obviously. And when I told him I’m not taking that because obviously who goes into buy overpriced coffee it was $6 and something for a half a cup? What is wrong with these people?

Ms. Jody and her team are the absolute best. Our company was working at an offsite building for a couple weeks and I was looking for something quick and easy to do a group order. My family is a Dunkin Family through and through so I figured, why not order Dunkin.
We had about 7 orders all requested to be made ASAP. I got to the store after about 10 minutes from placing all orders and every single one was ready.
She checked every order to make sure that it was correct and ready to be bagged in the group bag.
On top of that, everyone was friendly AND they were able to quickly service their regulars while tending to my order.
I’m so glad I chose this location vs the other one that seemed closer. We’ll for sure be back!
