They NEVER get online orders right. Every time i order a bagel, they forget the cream cheese, and the bagel is burnt. This time, it wasn’t as burnt as it normally is, but still, it’s burnt and dry. Waste of my money. This was kind of the last straw / attempt to give them a chance. Im no longer going to order here. I can get the same products for similar prices at starbucks, and it will be right.

I love the mocha lattes at Dunkin Donuts. I also like the bagels with cream cheese. The service is always fast and the people working there are friendly. I always use the drive-thru service, so i dont know about the cleanliness of the establishment.

Kind of disappointing today! I have never buy in Dunkin but my daughter want to try it we place and order online and I went to pick up a rude girl name Morgan assist me. I’ll try to add something else in my order and she kind of angry screen to me with I’m not place that on the same order that they were to busy to waist time I can believe people like her working on a customer service place.. she really upset my day and after that they don’t give me the right order I ask 4 blueberry muffins and they give one coffee cake really??? . what kind of service is this.. first and last time I go there I prefer Starbucks is the best for me..
