I ordered 3 vanilla creme’s, 1 blueberrie cake, and 2 different chocolate cake donuts, they were out of the vanilla creme’s and the blueberry, so I had them give me a variety of different ones, and the Boston creme they gave me didn’t even have any creme filling!

LOVE me some Dunkin. Sometimes service here isn’t the friendliest, but hey, we all have bad days!! I usually LOVE the coffee, but sometimes it does taste a bit burnt…other than that I 100% recommend this Dunkin and the Charlie Cold Brew Cold Foam is a must try! Very yummy!!

I don’t know what’s up with this location. I thought it was just a bad day, but the last few visits have just been all bad. They never have the correctly sized cups, pre-ordering on the app is pointless (they never have anything in stock it seems), I’ve been shorted on my hash browns and I don’t think they clean the ovens properly because the hash browns actually taste like the oven. My chai was mostly foam today and they gave me the wrong donut. I did get a refund because they were missing the turkey for my power sandwich. In a previous my avocado toast was missing the toppings completely as shown in the photo. I will NOT be going to this location anymore for any reason.

This place is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Wichita as the staff are very rude and don’t know how to correctly prepare the drink. I ordered Caramel Craze Latte but gave me a coffee with caramel syrup and whipping cream on top. It’s not a correct one that I always have from different Dunkins so asked them to either correct it or refund it. The lady who was in the training period (made my drink) told me to go out and stay on the drive through lane to get a refund (still cannot understand why she directed me to move out from the store). I told her to just refund my money back now. However, another staff came to her and me and told her that she did everything correct and I just needed to leave with the refund.

I ordered a frozen chocolate… look at the bottom it’s ALL chocolate syrup normally I get that at Dunkin’ but this time was awful as we can see in the photo. It looks nothing like it normally does either. Over $5 for this?
