When you go in person the service is slow, but my drink is typically right (iced matcha latte.) but ordering through DoorDash I always find my order it wrong. It either comes hot or with no matcha in it.

Ordered 25 Munchkins and only received 16 STALE ones in the bag. They were hard as rock and well over a day old. Goto Casey’s instead they are fresh everyday!!! I’d give zero stars if possible

Had a great experience at this place! The service was awesome and prompt! Also, my little spilled my coffee all over the counter (I never even got to sample it :)) but they were very prompt to help me clean it up! AND they replaced it. Definitely 10/10 recommend this place!
