After having a horrendous experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts over a year ago—to the point that I seriously considered boycotting this location forever—I decided to give them one more chance this morning. I took my kids there for breakfast before school, hoping things had improved.
Unfortunately, they hadn’t. We ordered two plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese, an avocado toast with bacon, a donut, and a drink for my daughter. The bagels came out practically bare with almost no cream cheese at all. We didn’t receive a receipt at the first window, which made it impossible to address the issues properly on the spot. And the avocado toast that was supposed to have bacon had no bacon on it at all—even though the staff repeated the order with bacon. On top of that, the toast was burnt around the edges and the bagels tasted stale. I’ll attach photos so you can see what we received.
In short, this visit confirmed that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to. We won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sure to let friends, neighbors, and family know to avoid it.

This Dunkin is great! I took a group of middle schoolers here during a field trip and they were so accommodating. The manager, Salima, was very responsive and helped the trip to go smoothly.

I don’t know about sandwiches but their donuts are super fresh and their Caramel Craze latte is amazing, other coffees I’ve ordered are also made to standard or above. Location new and beautiful as well, highly recommend

I ordered 4 egg and cheese sandwich and coffee when I opened, I noticed pan rust on the bread and egg. It was really unappetizing and made me wonder if the cooking equipment was being properly cleaned. Honestly, I expected better from a big chain like this. They really need to step up their quality control. Really Disgusting.

My favorite dunkin. Some tell me they can make my half caff coffees and others say they can’t. They always can here. They have so far always had my favorite cinnamon spice donut and most don’t. And the space is great to go for an after school treat with my kids. They either get small decaf iced coffee or ice cream usually.

I loved the food for sure! Me and my friends ordered a chocolate long John and two vanilla long John’s. We also got the big box of donut balls. The food was definitely great to me! The service I give a 4 only because there was a small confusion for when I asked for water. I didn’t know that they charged $1.00 for water and immediately assumed was free which was probably my fault. The bathrooms were definitely clean and I could tell they clean it regularly. The tables look clean to me and the floor was pretty clean. I definitely love Dunkin and always will!

It was spacious and really clean inside. The people who gave me my food was all smiles and really nice. I got coffee, hash browns, and chicken stuffers. The coffee was okay, it doesn’t really have a strong coffee taste. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Best drive thru service ever. I’ve never been in line for more than five minutes, the staff is so friendly and always in a good mood, my order is never wrong, I always have a reliable consistent experience. I can expect to never have a bad experience here
