The lady in the back who cooks the food is amazing. She has an incredible smile and great attitude. She goes out of her way to say hello and delivers your food to you. However the gal at the register got my order wrong. I asked, “I’d like to get a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Oh— what’s it called?— Can I get it on a multigrain bagel?” It came back on a plain bagel. Normally I wouldn’t gripe about it. I’m the last person to do that. I just want to eat. Gimme food. But I’ve been trying to watch my sodium intake because my family has a serious issue with heart disease. I’m broke and in between homes and can’t afford nice healthy food. This is the best I can do right now.

Granted, there was only one person working. I was going through the drive-thru for a mobile order. I got out of line because it was getting too long and backing up into the street. I went inside and the woman gave me a horrible attitude and said she hates when people do that. I wasn’t skipping the line, I was making sure that it wasn’t getting backed up into the street and you would have thought I asked for her firstborn. I will not be returning. Oh well, they get plenty of business. I don’t like when people use the word hate!

I’ve gone to the Dunkin on Winfield Rd in Warrenville twice. The first time the food tasted like plastic. The second time, not only was the woman in the drive thru incredibly rude, but the coffee tasted horrible. Avoid this one!

Haven’t gone back for 4 months when the person on the speaker was laughing and mimicking me. All I was doing was talking slowly and annunciating. This was the final straw after many wrong orders, and the fact that their drive through order board has been broken since March 2022. Nobody ever took themselves seriously there.

I went to this location after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, an order of snacking bacon, a bacon and cheese croissant stuffer and a large iced matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla. I get to the window Pay and notice that my drink is incorrect it’s a mocha instead of a matcha. I thought it was a simple mistake and informed the girl working the register. She hands me a bag announced told the other people working that I was a liar and that they had all heard me order a mocha but that they would remake my French vanilla. I don’t want to argue and I don’t want someone who is this rude making my food. So I leave without my drink. Once I get home I realize that the only thing in the bag is a bagel with regular cream cheese. So the only food I left there with was incorrect. Honestly after having an incredibly difficult shift at the Hospital i just wanted to have a coffee and breakfast for the drive home. I don’t recommend coming to this Dunkin.

I have now been to this dunkin location on 3 separates occasions. The first I had ordered an iced coffee and it took far longer than I had ever needed to wait for an iced coffee. There were no other vehicles in line and from the drive thru it appeared to have maybe 1 other customer. I’m not sure if they’re incredibly understaffed or why it took so long. On the second time I showed up just past 7am and was turned away because “They weren’t taking anymore orders”. Today, the third time, I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and an iced coffee. I did not get the sandwich I ordered, instead I got a wheat bread egg and cheese sandwich, did not get a straw for my drink, nor were they able to give me a receipt because their printer was not working… I refuse to come back to this location, there is absolutely zero excuse for this poor of a service.

Can’t follow simple directions asked for extra mocha in my coffee got 1 pump according to the receipt. Asked for skim milk got no milk whatsoever. Avoid this location have had multiple issues here.

Why are there only three of them? 12 minutes is way too long to wait for a hot coffee with cream and sugar. Every other Dunkin I go to has a bunch of employees behind that counter… Hire more employees……
