First of all, I am already a huge fan of the franchise. Though this location is located within a Gas N Wash, it has plenty of room and is very well-staffed. What stuck out to me the most was the hot coffee ON TAP!

Awful service and the staff has the phone off the line so you can’t call anyone to complain. They put the tissue paper they grab the donuts with in my bag wrapped around my chocolate. That’s disgusting and unsanitary first of all. Second of all when I looked at it, the chocolate was all on the tissue paper. Disgusting way to run your business. All of these reviews are the same. Clearly the owner isn’t too worried

UPDATE: The staff here still has no idea what “Cooked food” is, be prepared to have to heat up your sandwich, because it’s going to be served at a questionable temperature. They haven’t gotten my drink wrong in a few weeks now though.

Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to scan 700 reward points for a latte. Didn’t realize it excludes lattes but the register took the rewards and the worker demanded full payment, laughed, and refused any help. I’d rather drink dog pee than ever order there again.

This place is absolute worst. Every time I walk in there’s 6 kids , yep staring at ya like no clue when I ask for my order. Not to mention 3 x I been there I have only received half my dam order. Drive off , yep waste bunch of gas to go back. Again 6 employees doing nothing. Hire 20 more to stand around D n D. Or smoke out front to rush in to make my drink , my cup smells like a dam ash tray. Disgusting and Sad location. And this review is to the T. Do yourself a favor and go to the Cedar/Rt 6 Location.

ordered at 6:40 a medium iced coffee. i’m aware they closed at 7 but still, waited at drive through no one answered for 8 mins then i went inside and they told me to text the number on the recipe they gave me. no number and no coffee.

Third time I have gone there that they have tried to charge me almost double. I ask for 2 xlarge coffees 2 donuts and they tried to say it was $18.94 went to Cedar and Rt6 it was $9.48. They are scammers.
