So today I went and got 2 large ice coffees and they were nasty. The coffee tasted old, this use to be a good place to go too get coffee, I’m not sure what happened but the coffee was nasty today. Went inside after ordering to use the restroom. As i walked in an employee was walking out of one. I asked if I could use the restroom. They said it was out of service. I told her I just saw her come out. She told me it was to put toilet paper in it…. (for a restroom that was out of order…) Needless to say i wont be purchasing there anymore.

They couldn’t get my order right and the shake I ordered was watery. It lacked the thick spoon-able, barely able to suck through the straw mode, I’ve experienced at other locations and the flavor was sorely lacking. For $16 I expected way more, disappointed, is not even the word that I could use to describe this experience.
