We had a strange expe here today with the service. It seemed no one was on the same page or working in a coordinated manner. We had three different people at the window. One guy took our payment and handed us part of our order, and disappeared. Then after waiting quite a while for the rest of it another girl came to the window and asked us what we ordered. We described our order and then, with a blank face, asked us what we were still waiting for. We replied to the rest of the order. She then apologized and disappeared. Finally, another woman came and handed us the rest of the food without saying anything and shut the window. We were still waiting on one final item – a coffee. Finally, the second gal came back and again asked what we were waiting for, and we said a coffee. She promptly grabbed it from right in front of her and handed it to us. We finally had our complete order and left. That all took over 10 minutes for 2 drinks, 3 sandwiches, and 2 donuts. I was quite astonished by the lack of communication and effort between employees there. The food and drinks were fine, but the service is terrible.

In all my years of purchasing Dunkin coffee this was horrible! It wasn’t coffee, it was under brewed water with cream and sugar!! Instead of saying coffee needed to be brewed and there would be a wait, I was given half brewed coffee water. This was at 6:20 pm. on Wednesday, December 3rd at the drive thru. If there wasn’t coffee brewed she should have said so, give me the choice to wait or leave. I will never patronize this Dunkin again!!

The manager there has a horrible attitude towards the staff and customers. I watched her multiple times say rude things to both. She even told someone they didn’t know how to order after they had issue with how their order was made. She made quite a few justures and mumbled loud enough for others to hear after talking to different customers as if they annoying her. Showing such a bad attitude and being unprofessional I know that I will not go back to this location. It doesn’t seem like the job for her. After my order was never made aaked for a receipt because I never got one, she couldn’t find my receipt on the cash register and seem to not want to have it once I mentioned the survey. I also plan to reach out to corporate because I know they value their customers.

Every time I come to this location, there’s an inconvenience and I’m greeted by employees with no customer service skills, from management to associates the manager is very disrespectful lacks managers, skills. Since recently moving in the area, this is the closest Dunkin to home. And after several visits to this location, most times I feel unwelcomed, rushed, and given someone elses interpretation of what I ordered. I usually only use the drive through at this spot, and the associates working d.t. seem to always have a negative attitude. Please just give customers a moment to view the menu and order, especially when, in your haste to move cars through the line, you happen to get orders wrong or some other mishap. I ordered two donuts today and when I received the blueberry and chocolate long-john, they were touching in the bag; chocolate smeared on the blueberry. Who wants that? I explained to the clerk that it’s best to put a piece of film between donuts, some people don’t enjoy chocolate blueberry long-john donuts. I feel like some people get good service and some don’t. But honestly I don’t know which is best, this location, Dolton Dunkin or South Holland… They all have they’re flaws, but this Cal City location just does odd business.
