I love food truck food and this was one of the best I’ve ever been to. I had the bacon smash burger with fries, you’d pay twice as much in a restaurant for this quality. Brioche bun, chunky burger cooked to perfection, comes with fries that were amazing, fresh, hot, tender yet crispy with some amazing coating. I’ll be back to try other menu items, but don’t let the fact this place sits in a gas station parking lot deter you. This is a meal you didn’t want to miss.

Well I wouldn’t have expected such a great meal from a food truck but wow! First the fries are first class – super crunchy and well seasoned. The burger was beautiful – two beef patties – kind of smoky flavoured with bacon cheese and sauce in a nice bun. I’m fussy about my burgers so I’m telling you this one is a must if you’re in the area.

I stopped by Chop & Smash Food Truck and grabbed the Bacon Smashburger, and man… it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked perfectly — smashed crispy edges, juicy center, and the bacon had that perfect balance of crunch and flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and know what they’re doing on that flat top.
Service was quick, friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you’re looking for a food truck that actually delivers on flavor, Chop & Smash is the one. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Super fire burger Meat is juicy, bun is soft n fresh, vegetables are cold, fries is thic and crispy. The owner John is super chill, walked up to my truck to lmk my order was ready. Cheaper than Arby’s and wayyyyy better in every way. Definitely going here next time I need a solid filling burger

Friendly service and excellent food! I had the Good Morning Ladies chopped cheese, my husband had the Loaded Bacon Smash Burger, son had the Mac & cheese, and daughter had the Boxer acai bowl, and everybody was happily eating! Highly recommend! Note: Drinks can be bought in the covenience store next door.

Every time I come here, the Smashburger is fire. I can’t get another burger in this area. That’s this good for 12 bucks and their fries are really crunchy crispy. Can’t get any better than this. I love this food truck they always nice to me when I go
