Worst dunkin in the world. I asked for hot coffee with regular milk girl gave me a coffee with a lot of milk. I dumped some coffee in the trash and asked her to add some coffee. She started arguing you should have bring me the full coffee may be you took 2 sips and now asking for more coffee. What???. She spoke to his colleague he also argued with me. I said I dump sone coffee there is a space add some coffee. So simple. These guys are horrible. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK. keep your attitude with you. Bye. The people who work here are always hardworking and are super nice. The quality of drinks though has really gone down. It’s so hit or miss and often times I have to drive back to get not burnt coffee or get the right order. They’re always very nice about it which I appreciate but their prices have gone up and if I’m paying $4.00 for a medium ice coffee I’d want to be able to drive away knowing i paid for quality. I think after today I’ll just make coffee at home.

I am a regular Dunkin customer and I visited this location for the first time. I ordered an iced latte and a donut and I had some free reward points so I was trying to use them and the lady said she couldn’t. She needs to learn about the new reward program because she didn’t accept my reward and charged me full. I’m disappointed. Employees need to be trained on these things because it’s very unprofessional
