The Indian lady inside was horrible!! She had me waiting 15 minutes just to take my order. She kept messing up my order. I don’t know why they keep hiring people that are not capable of doing the most basic things. She was completely brain dead . But that’s not it. I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get my bagels, and when I FINALLY got my order the bacon was raw and they forgot to give me my hashbrowns. I didn’t go back because I knew that the Indian lady is to brain dead to comprehend what I was saying.

Terrible place to go. Main lady that is always there in the morning is so rude and screams at you when you try to correct her. I go there everyday and had a free drink and she still kept trying to charge me for it and said it would be free after I paid. And then she shoved my food at me as well. She is a very mean lady.

I will never go back this store. I was a loyal customer of this Dunkin Donuts store for many years. There was an employee who was very rude to me at the drive thru window. I went inside to talk with manager about the poor customer service. Manager was not there at the time. Ask another employee for the mangers phone #. Then the rude employee walked away from her station and started to swear at me many times. Telling me to leave the store in a threatening manner. She left customers waiting at the window to go into a childlike rage. The manager was not there and no other employees helped me with this issue. SO I LEFT, NEVER GO BACK EVER.

No soap in the washrooms is not acceptable not in this day and age of covid, actually never. They did have hand sanitizer at the cash register but there should be soap in the restrooms at all time.

This place is great, not busy inside the building. Grab a drink get out, meanwhile they produce nectar of the Gods (caramel iced coffee) employees are top tier and they’ll greet you more than your loved ones.
