The guy working was friendly. Thought I’d give DD a try again this morning since it’s been a while, but it just didn’t do it for me. The Vanilla Latte was okay, but not amazing. The munchkins were a little dry but good.

This was my favorite DD in the area for the past 5 years. Lately they have declined. Today I went and ordered two iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was disgusting. Tasted like butter and like they used sour creamer. I threw both out after one sip and got a stomach ache from it. Not sure if the staff changed or what happened but this is the last time I go to this location.

Messed up my ice cream order several times. I finally drove away to see another messed up ice cream. So it was supposed to be 2 scoops one being a sherbet other jubilee. I never got the sherbet disappointing. Also I order 3 ice cream but got to window to only have 2. Better listening skills needed. Also she confirmed third ice cream so many times and still messed it up with no sherbert. Smh

My son scheduled an interview with this Dunkin on Friday 4/28 they only had times during the school day (1-1:15) but he scheduled it and left school to show up to his appointment. When he got there they told him the manager wasn’t there for his scheduled appointment with them. They told him to come back Saturday sometime in the morning to see if the manager would be there. First experience with a corporation business (he has worked self employed before) and he decided to go elsewhere for employment. Thanks Dunkin for having wonderful management.

The us the first time I’ve been at this Dunkin’ and needed to say, I will not be back! The guy working at 11:15 am on 8/9/21 was incredibly rude! I got a single scoop and wanted cookie dough pieces and when inquiring about them because they were on the sign, I got a “yeah, well, we don’t have them” in a very rude tone. I never got the guy’s name due to lack of a name tag. The sprinkles taste old and not good, so now I’m forced to eat around them. DISGUSTING!

This has become one of my favorite Dunkin Doughnuts because the staff was behind the counter cleaning up after themselves. The young man that rang up my purchase was very kind, and knowledgeable and even made sure we got everything we ordered!! If I were to be closer to this location I would drive the daily for my coffee but unfortunately I’m way to far away!! Choose this location over any other in the area and I promise you will not be disappointed
