I order from here frequently as it’s one of my daughter’s favorite pizza places. I am done ordering from this location as of tonight. My entire order was messed up AGAIN. I didn’t even receive the 2 salads I ordered and door dash only gave me a partial refund. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve ordered from here. White sauce pizza shows up with red sauce instead, complete items missing, ingredients added that cannot be eaten due to dietary restrictions. Their workers need to pay attention to order details.

The veggie sub was very disappointing. It was $7 for a half sub and there were barely any toppings. Definitely a waste of money. The pizza tasted okay, but there was too much crust. I’ve had decent experiences at this location, but this was definitely not a great experience.

My husband and I went into this location hoping we could eat in. They aren’t really set up for that, but they do have two small tables. I asked if we could use one of the tables. An employee was working at the other table. Next thing I know, the employee cleared off the table they were using. Then someone shoved the two tables together and swept up around the tables (though I don’t remember it looking like it needed swept). Then they shut the bathroom door so we wouldn’t have to look at that while we ate. Honestly, I think if they had it, they would have put a tablecloth, candle, and vase of flowers on the table. They were so nice and accommodating. I wish I had taken a picture! And the pizza was amazing as usual. I had hand tossed with pepperoni (the smaller ones that are shaped like little bowls), black olives, onions, and green peppers. My husband had thin crust with chicken and bacon. They put a lot of cheese on their pizzas.
10/10 we’ll be back!

She was busy ranting in front of customers how this might be the last day for her, and never offered paper plates or napkins even when I asked, I was ignored and had to leave without them. We called the store location, they apologized for the inconvenience, said to give them 10 minutes, when I got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who treated me kindly, gave me plates, napkins and even a bonus pizza for the inconvenience. 10/10 this is a great place

I put in an online order at 5:27, with a 5:47 pickup time. I arrived promptly at approximately 5:47 at the pickup window and was told they were a couple of minutes behind which wasn’t a big deal. I eventually went in to wait. I asked at some point if if my pizza was in the oven and if not, just cancel it. Somewhere around 6:20-6:25, I was informed it wasn’t in the oven and needed to be made. I’ve always been pleased with the service and food, but seems disrespectful to me to waste my time. I would have been fine if the first interaction would have been we are 30 minutes behind and I could have decided to wait or cancel and move on. On top of that, as I waited, the phone was answered and no one was told they were behind. A little honesty goes a long way and puts a bad taste when not told the truth. Not saying I won’t go back, but my time is worth something to me. In their defense, the folks working there were trying but not being as forthcoming as they should have in my opinion.

Left a review stating that my food was both undercooked and not cut and have not heard anything back.
Staff was unfriendly and had a “couldn’t be bothered” attitude which isn’t the best look when you’re serving food. Normally this location has been “okay” but definitely won’t be back going forward.

So I ordered here through DoorDash for the first time, after seeing reviews of people getting shorted on pizza slices/sizing I went to cancel my order but it was too late (which is not their problem the missing pizza was) …well low and behold had the same thing happen to me. The pizza and service overall was decent. I honestly feel like this seems to be a smaller business that is doing things all on their own and needs maybe some guidance or change of mind or heart when it comes to being a business and growing. I feel like this restaurant could have a lot of potential if they put in that extra effort and also not short customers (‘cause what are you even doing with those thin slices? Sewing pieces together? Eating them? Using them for an appetizer? Who knows.)
The pizza was really cheap though so I wasn’t too mad. I just won’t be going there ever again lol.

Allow me to preface this with I have years and years of pizza experience. I have worked all role in the pizza restaurant. I have gone as far as opening up multiple pizza restaurants in multiple states love pizza I love all different kinds of pizza
I had never had Marco’s Pizza until about three months ago, and I probably will never stop now
I am truly blown away, that’s all I have to say there’s a pizza for every person we all have different preferences on crust spicing flavoring down to the percentage of pork and beef in your pepperoni. I truly love Marcos
AND AS FOR people cutting slices to make your pizza smaller…. Do you think that maybe that person tossed your pizza too big to fit in the box , so it had to be cut down to fit? Most of you won’t because you just don’t know and that’s okay!
