DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Workers are highly unprofessional, and rude. I ordered a decaf coffee, grilled cheese and two egg wraps. The worker gave me one with caffeine and when I pointed it out, she started getting mad, and telling me to leave. I then asked for a receipt and she refused to give me one. She told me to leave, and stated that “she has a life”. I believe that all professional businesses should be required to give a receipt or at least ask their customer if they want one. I then checked my bag, to take out the egg wraps and saw that I had been charged for two, but they just gave one, Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Save your money and time and do not come here.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Horrible experience, manager is very unprofessional. I ordered one of there new drinks to try and it was so overwhelmingly sweet so I asked if I could just exchange it for a less expensive plain iced coffee. The manager said she couldn’t do it and would have to charge me. I spent over $20 on my order this morning. I can not believe this is how you would treat a valuable costumer. Very poor service skills, she needs to have some additional training in costumer service. I will definitely be calling to complain and already filed a dispute with my bank for the order. Don’t come to this establishment you are not a valued costumer here!

Came Cashier ask me to pull up for one sandwich and would give me a complimentary cream cheese. Says will only take 2 mins. I have been waiting 10 mins, and a different person comes with a sandwich with no cream cheese. I requested she left came back to say I didn’t pay for the cream cheese. I explained the situation, she states she will be back again. Leaves 5 additional mins past, a different lady starts to bring out other drivers’ orders. 3 more mins past. Yes, I won’t be back. They do not honor their word.

I would give it -10 stars if that were possible. In Town on business, first time I went there they refused to make my drink with cream, they told me a macchiato was made with milk, and I wanted to substitute cream, and they said no that’s not how they make it. She literally refused to make my drink like I wanted it. I went later that afternoon, 245. Sat in line for seven minutes, they told me they would take my order in a minute, I sat there another three minutes, then they came back on the speaker and told me they had closed. It was 250. Nobody closes at 2:50. They once again refused to make my drink. Tried again the next day got regular coffee. It was burnt. Tried again today, the coffee is OK, although the cup is only 3/4 of the way full, and I ordered hashbrowns. I literally got 4 . Four little hashbrowns. They need to shut this building down, and fire everybody in it. Do better Dunkin, seriously do better. I would suggest everyone go to the York plaza Dunkin’ Donuts, which is only 1 mile away, or the one of the many Starbucks that are close by. But I would definitely avoid this place.

Lady took my order. She didn’t tell me how much. I pull up to the window. She didn’t talk to me. She wasn’t pleasant at all. She didn’t tell me again how much my order was let alone ask if I wanted a receipt. I know everyone has an off day. But when you work with the public. You need to be cheerful not look unhappy. It’s not fair to the customer. Thanks for the rotten experience.

The customer service was beyond horrible! I see another customer had the same exact problem that I did. I went into the store and was completely ignored. Katrina finally passed and saw me standing there. She could have mentioned that she was busy and it would be just a couple minutes. There was actually no acknowledgment. She tried not to even look at me. I asked her to write her name down on my receipt. I told her that the customer service she gave was horrible and not even acceptable. I told her that her manager should know how she is treating customers. She went to the other employees and told them that I wanted all their names. But I only really one of hers because she was the only one who saw me. The others were busy working the drive-through. All 3 employees were only concerned about drive-through orders. So again, Katrina ignored me. She continued to take other orders and never wrote her name down and never gave me my receipt back. I was forced to walk outside to my car and get my phone. I actually took a picture of her so that I would absolutely have the correct person. I know she did not want me to have the receipt because it would prove the date the time and the person who actually rang me up . The receipt would have all the transaction information. I do believe she was trying to hide that. She knew I was very upset. This is for management. Here is exactly the date and time so you can trace her down. It was July 21, 2021 at 10:50 AM terminal number 97800018349.She needs she needs counseling. You should not have her representing your store. I will never go back there. I will only say horrible things about the store and her.
