This Dunkin’ Donut sold me a musty smelling tea last night. I have never smelled a tea that was musty before so, I came back at noon today and they denied my refund and denied giving me unopened tea bags to replace the stale musty smelling product. I patronize the Dunkin on W. 22nd st and have never experienced this. Per the shift lead, the manager just left and can’t be reached. He refused to call the manager and request assistance. They are insisting that I return tomorrow morning to speak with the manager. The customer service and the product here sucks. Do not patronize them they lack moral and good customer service.

Me and my whole family been coming here damn near EVERYDAY for a while now (Lived in the area our whole lives)!!!! Their customer service is DISGUSTING, and they do not know how to deal with customers at all. Me asking for “EASY ICE” should not be an issue. The guy working there lost his cool because I asked for easy ice “3 DAYS” in a row and he continued to ignore my request. When I calmly called him out on it and told him kindly that I would like lighter ice in my drink, he spews attitude at me. I notified my family not to go there and told the guy they lost A LOT of customers and he didn’t seem to care. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE DISAPPOINTED. WHAT A DISGRACEFUL WAY TO RUN THE BUSINESS.

Had the worst, most laughably bad experience here the other day, here’s how it went:
11/13, 12am, not a soul in the store. I order a medium iced oatmilk cookie butter Chai. I get to the window.
guy: very sorry, we are out of chai.
me: okay, I will take the wicked matcha then
guy: we don’t have that
me: it’s just brown sugar and almond
guy: we don’t have matcha
me: (in disbelief) you don’t have matcha?
guy: ……we are out of milk

This was my favorite DD in the area for the past 5 years. Lately they have declined. Today I went and ordered two iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was disgusting. Tasted like butter and like they used sour creamer. I threw both out after one sip and got a stomach ache from it. Not sure if the staff changed or what happened but this is the last time I go to this location.

The us the first time I’ve been at this Dunkin’ and needed to say, I will not be back! The guy working at 11:15 am on 8/9/21 was incredibly rude! I got a single scoop and wanted cookie dough pieces and when inquiring about them because they were on the sign, I got a “yeah, well, we don’t have them” in a very rude tone. I never got the guy’s name due to lack of a name tag. The sprinkles taste old and not good, so now I’m forced to eat around them. DISGUSTING!

Workers simply don’t care. Workers don’t follow specific instructions on orders. Only fill your drink half way. Had a whole clear garbage bag of donuts on the floor.

If you’re the young lady who worked 4-18-25(evening), and thinks it’s ok to sit there and flirt and have long conversations w cars in drive thru. Make sure the customers in line don’t have to sit and watch. We just want our coffee!! Keep the line moving!!!

There needs to be 2 people in the store at all times. When there’s more than 2 people in drive thru wait times can exceed 10 minutes. Also it’s a huge safety concern with only 1 person on shift. Do better.

If you ask me about this restaurant, well I have had a very bad experience and have gone four times and all four times are terrible. 35 minutes to serve you, 50 minutes to bring your food, I stopped 3 times to ask for what I needed, bad service, bad food and very expensive, I paid $350.00 dollars for rice and 8 pieces of meat. It is the place where I paid $30.00 dollars for a hamburger. I really do not recommend this restaurant, it is terrible.
