Probably one of the most filthy and dirty places I have EVER been to in my almost 50 years in this planet! The floors in the dining area are sticky and during the summer there are flys everywhere! The floor behind the counter are absolutely disgusted and haven’t seen a mop or broom in ages and there is clear evidence of rats infesting the building. I have been given for with mold and what I can only imagine are rat droppings and when confronted, the owners are unprofessional and down right rude and a tad racist toward Latino and African American patrons. Stay far, far away from this place!!!

This is always my go-to stop on my way to the office. My order is always right and the service is generally great. I will say though. The new young lady working the drive thru Thursday morning 5/25/23 could use a little more training. She seemed very short and unfriendly when taking my order. I am the former store manager of this location. I worked here from April 4, 2022 to May 16, 2022. I have never worked for a worse owner/manager in my life. There was a single mouse when I worked there and from what I’ve read, apparently there’s more because he’s cheap and refuses to do anything about it. To make matters worse, it is June now and I still have yet to receive my W-2’s from him as I worked at 3 of his locations. I emailed him twice (2/14/23 and 3/24/23) and have received zero response, yet he sent another former employee a W-2 for a paycheck they never received. After reading the new reviews and what I’ve experienced, I’m glad I don’t work there anymore.

I used to come to this DD for years before Covid, now its horrible my 2nd time here since everything opened and has become HORRIBLE, how the heck is this a Coffee cream and sugar???? This is disgusting and they need to teach their employees some manners, when they give you your food they almost throw it at you and they touch your card and then grab the coffee from the TOP, NOW that is disgusting….. ugh…..

I went to this place around 3pm today, I noticed a worker in the front door on the phone talking, I pulled up to the drive thru, ordered a small coffee and 20 chocolate munkins, the worker that was outside talking ended up at the register and he collected my money, he gave me my items and when I made it up the street to my house, I opened the box of munchkins and he put atleast 7 munchkins on tops of a lot of crumbles and damaged ones, I’m highly disappointed, and disgusted, it’s very crazy how the workers there treat food and customers, It’s already bad that they don’t be open around the times it suppose to be open, they always closed, always outside while placing orders, I called to complain and the young man hung up on me….

I went to the drive thru on this morning to order an iced coffee. I tried to pay with a $5 bill and the server said he couldn’t take it. I asked why and he couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation. He then went and got his supervisor who also said they couldn’t take the bill because it had a slight tear. I asked if they believed the bill was counterfeit and she couldn’t provide an answer. I took my money and went to another Dunkin not too far away and they accepted the bill with no problem. I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over 10 years and was highly disappointed at the way I was treated. Today was my last day visiting this location and they will never see me again. Highly unprofessional staff and management.

All young guys in there this morning, terrible service, order not complete, they didn’t know what I ordered, had to tell them instead of them looking themselves. Couldn’t seem to understand simple clear, conversation, turned their back to drive thru several times just to goof around amongst themselves. Only one or two decent employees ever there who are always female, the guys just don’t care and act like they’re too cool and they’re being bothered to do their jobs. This has been going on for years but management doesn’t seem to be able to find decent employees or simply doesn’t care.
