Im upset i went in today and the newest employee wasn’t at the window. I don’t know why she wasn’t. If she did an amazing job. I went in Wednesday and her drive thru service is amazing. Why have her in a different spot put her back on the drive thru window taking payments and handing out the orders. Nobody want to see them other rude employees. She is the only one that smiles and greets you properly. Please leave jackie at the window. She so kind

If not for them being less than a mile from my place i wouldn’t go! Almost never in the last month was my order correct! No-one can read online order properly! The youngest female in there is rude, dismissive, and disrespectful! It’s donuts and coffee. Know your menu, read the tickets and double check. Ask people if they want alternatives don’t force it on them, And listen to ur customers!

I went Wednesday thru the drive. best experience ever from the newest crew member. From the was she greats you and hands over your order above and beyond. I asked The drive thru cashier her name. Jackie. Wow she was extremely kind and caring such a change from the rude and bad service the other girls always give. Always rushing you and the attitude. But Jackie was so nice and positive attitude. I wish jackie was always at the window more. Jackie you are one of a kind. Hope to see more of you at the drive thru window.

Went in Saturday placed a $6 meal order eat in . Saw a black employee go to the bathroom several times and not once wash her hands. Disgusting. On top of that was extremely rude. And made a mess every time she prepared a drink and didn’t even bother to clean up after herself went directly to her phone. I am disgusted by her performance

If I wanted only milk I could had just ordered milk. I ordered Iced matcha from my regular location at Hillside Wolf Rd, and I will not be going back! They only sprinkled matcha, didn’t even have flavor, and it tasted like freaking milk mixed with water. It was gross! I ordered this in the morning, and they still made me wait 10 minutes for my order. Absolutely disgusting.
