A friend and I stop in there every Saturday for breakfast and coffee. The service is aboveaverage. The manager has taken the time to get to know me and my friend. And my grandson is well and always jokes with me. When I don’t bring my grandson that I’m not allowed without him,then they ask why he is not with me. I think that shows something nice about the whole staff because it is not just the manager it’s everyone that asks. By the way they’re Remodeling right now

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I do not know why they are still in business when they don’t ever have anything in stock or their machines are always “broken”. I should of learned not to return after both experiences prior to this was absolutely absurd. The staff members are completely rude and the environment is so unprofessional. I went to purchase a bagel and went through the drive thru and when I approached the window to pay, I paid. I waited about two minutes to just hear from the employee “I already gave you your bag with your bagel” …. “No, you did not give me my bag with my bagel”. I was than told to wait with no clue with what was going on. I than received my bagel and when I arrived home it was just like this. Like really??? I went back and asked for my money back. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you all to get your receipt to complain because this behavior is totally unacceptable.

I have come to this location numerous times, because it’s closest to my residence. Most of the times, I’ve received mediocre service and food. However, today’s experience has prompted me to do this review. The young lady at the window (who I believe was originally taking my order before someone who was more professional stepped in to finish taking my order) gave little regard to me by shoving my coffee out the window with her body turned away and handing me a box with my less than quality breakfast sandwich in it along with 3 crumpled napkins. She said nothing to me but the total, didn’t put the item in a bag or offer one. I would have said something directly to her but I know it would have turned out to be confrontational just based on her level of customer service and lack of professionalism. It is my hope that management will stress the importance of giving good customer service and especially coach this young lady on how to be a better customer service professional. Having people like her as the first line of your business will cause this location to ultimately close if left unaddressed.

I go out of my way to get coffee at this location. Fast and friendly service. They serve dark roast. If another DD tells you they don’t have Dunkin midnight, its not true. They just don’t want to make it. The staff here will go out of their way to do that for you and I think that level of service is awesome.
