This place is a dump, no warning when they’ll be closed, closed every other day, rude employees, the fact they make you drive up and wait for a dam coffee. I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s never been to one as terrible as this one. No make over to the building will fix how ugly the inside is

(Updated 8/20/23) Decoded to give them another shot, so here I am at 2:26 am, says open 24 hours in the window, and the open sign is on, but not one soul here, why keep the sign on if nobody is even here? way to waste people’s time. If I could give zero stars I would. Went to pick up a mobile order (munchkins and 1 donut) and get to the window and find out they are out of donuts. They refused to give me my money back and then told me to call customer service. Guess who is closed on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible business model. Not to mention why can’t the app refund money or at least start the process (like door dash)

They got my order very wrong, for a simple cup of coffee. I ordered a large coffee with cream and 2 Stevia. I received a medium, black coffee with no Stevia. Disappointing considering I was on a long trip.

“DOUGHNUT” so stale needed 2 hands to break it in half, almost cracked a tooth when i took a bite. Asked for a easy cream regular sugar coffee. Got an easy cream, easy sugar coffee. Attendad was hard to understand, she rarely spoke english. The Multi-grain egg and bacon bagel was very good. Because of the bagel is the only reason im giving 3 stars. The men’s bathroom was out of order so i had to ise the women’s bathroom

Every other day or every 2 days I am grabbing breakfast and I preorder through the Dunkin app. The workers there somehow manage to screw up my order. When I request for cream, they don’t add cream or make my drink too sugary. When I order a sandwich with add ons, and pay extra, they screw the entire sandwich up and don’t even bother adding. I have to go inside each time to correct the ladies there. I literally give up. They don’t care and start blaming me that “I” did something wrong. The black girl there is extremely rude each time. Never going back ever again!

This past week at the one on North Ave and west, I went to get my daughter a sandwich (which she had a credit for) and a coffee. When trying to explain and follow up with what I was told – I was treated very badly by Katrina. When I heard how she talked with the window open I addressed it and she didn’t like it. With her manager Nina behind her listening to this she continued to walk around the store still yelling and talking about me. Nina was and has NEVER been nice or courtesy to customers at this location. With new ownership I do not even know how she is still working here. The only one that did try to help and be courteous was Joe. He remembered the situation and was at least professional. Customers should at least be listened to and not talked to like dirt. But as far as Nina l, who is some type of manager and Katrina I’m surprised how they acted. Not as much as Nina cause her history hasn’t been nice that I ever remember. I think if this is continues then the new ownership will see people not partake here anymore like we did in the past!

Under new ownership yet somehow got worse. We waited 30 minutes when the line wasn’t even that long, and they STILL got both orders wrong. And they make you pull out of the drive through into the parking lot so they can mess with their timeliness stats. Go to a different Dunkin, several better ones nearby.
