Pretty sure they spit in my sandwich, I took a bite and slimy saliva was attached to my sandwich I feel sick to my stomach. Also asked for light ice and they filled it more. Girls were chatting which I don’t really care but come on!

These are some of the laziest employees I have ever seen! They tell you everything is broken or being cleaned at 130 in the afternoon and they are rude and nasty and think it’s ok to swear at paying customers. Every single one of them should be fired and possibly flogged

This is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to that’s inside a gas station. The place was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got my complicated order right the first time which doesn’t happen often. Thanks for everything!

Ordered a large coffee and redeemed points . App never put the points thru . The kid at the register says no charge but my bank account shows different . Upon waiting for the coffee noticed a black kid behind the counter vaping . Had no issues letting anyone see . I was there at 10:30 am 12/26 check your cameras . One other time this same kid took my order thru the drive Thru . He never shut off his head set and I listened to some pretty vile language going on and laughing . I pulled to the window and let the cashier know that kind of stuff isn’t acceptable . I don’t think the managers or owners know what’s going on in there store . This is a public business . Shouldn’t be vaping inside the store or using language that’s offensive . Think I’ll find another location

This place is horrible. The line moves very slow. You hear the staff speaking and laughing between them on the speaker while taking your order. My coffee came with very thick pieces of coffe ground i had to through it away

Apparently I’m not the only customer who has had a terrible experience waiting at the drive-thru. I ordered ahead on the app to have a simple sugar free hazelnut latte made so I could pick up quickly while my 5 month old baby was in the backseat trying to fall asleep for her afternoon nap. I was trying to plan ahead thinking on a Sunday afternoon there shouldn’t be a huge rush – it probably took 10-15 mins to get to the pick up window (you can’t get out of the drive-thru line once you’re in it) while my infant was crying the entire time because we weren’t moving, they had likely given my drink to another customer and told me it wasn’t ready yet even though I had ordered it while in Gilberts 10 mins away. I gave them ample time to make my coffee. You had one job as a coffee shop and totally failed. This exhausted sleep deprived mom was beyond livid with disappointment.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. For one they got my order wrong, two they ran out of bagels (except plain) so I had no problem ordering my sandwich with the plain bagel. However I do have a problem when the bagel is burnt and hard to bite into. Lastly, my hasbrowns were STILL FROZEN! Being pregnant, I was looking forward to this but had throw the whole 7$ meal away. Wow, just horrible!!
