I frequent several DD’s. I would say they get my order correct 90% of the time. Some employees bend over backwards to give great service and some should not work there or anywhere.

I’m genuinely shocked and a but irked that the staff here fully expected me to take a cold cup of coffee that I overpayed for. Do they not check temperatures or something…? This has happened over 10 times in counting. How this place is still operating is beyond me, and I’m sure not even God can figure that one out.

Horrible experience. I haven’t been there in in years because their prices are much higher than any other Dunkin. And the woman in drive thru was so rude. I gave her my money and I don’t think she was going to give me my change back and when she did when I told her what I get back she jammed it in my hand. Never going back there again.

This is the worst Dunkin in the country. Every single time they mess up the order, no matter how simple it is. The drinks are AWFUL! The worst part is they know this and they just don’t care. This franchise needs to be shut down!

It wasn’t until I was snarled at through the speaker. I get the person in front me might have been a wad, but whenever I’m alone and order, I’ve never been a jerk to any of them. I too work food service. I get it. But being a regular Joe (pun intended) and to get growled at by a teenager? I’m sorry, but it’s your job. Don’t like it? Well, the door is always there for you. I’m a hard-working paying customer that is the reason you take home a paycheck. Please reconsider your actions for the future. I hope their day gets better.

The customer service was terrible. I explained my drink order 3 times and they still got it wrong. The music was blaring and they were more concerned with talking to each other than taking my order correctly. It wasn’t a difficult order…a frozen hot chocolate and a mocha coffee and they still got it wrong! I was so annoyed and left with incorrect drinks because the thought of explaining it again was too much.

Customer service is terrible here. They constantly get my online order wrong and I always seem to have to wait forever for it. Employees don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing there waiting either. Last time I ordered a bagel it was completely burnt on the inside. Really??? You’re going to actually serve that like it’s ok?? Come on! Do better!

95% of the time when using mobile order, they “forget” items.. I’ve ordered hundreds of time and can honestly say 95 times they don’t include my entire order… 2 donuts and a bagel is all I order so it’s not rocket science. It’s to the point I think they are just trying to scam… It’s to the point where I just tell them my order at the window again and they will go grab my missing items. Only good thing is location and how quick they are but always stop and check your order

Take your money somewhere else. 90% of staff doesn’t understand your order and makes you repeat it 4 or more times and STILL messes it up or forgets items. Out of the entire staff there is one girl in the morning that NEVER messes it up is always on point when taking orders as well as friendly and one young man in the afternoon who is just amazing! As for the rest beware they will be “scared of you” as said by “management” and when calling corporate I was told “sorry they are privately owned and nothing we can do” sad and ridiculous way to run a business.
