This is the wicked drink. I got it with oat milk. I asked to fill it up more because why is there almost 2 inches of emptiness in my cup that’s not what I paid for. When I asked to add more I was told it’s a “calibrated” drink. It’s not. I’ve previously worked at a Dunkin on the other side of town for 3 years. There is no reason that more oat milk could’ve been added and there was also no need for the attitude that came with the answer to my question.

I really don’t write reviews but I had to for this specific Dunkin where I go regularly. They gave me a latte with mold and fruit flies on the lid. The girls working are unprofessional had crazy attitudes and lacked basic customer service skills. They basically blamed me for their errors. They gave me a fake managers number too. Please don’t waste ur money here. They are so dirty.

This Dunkin’ isn’t that great in all honesty. The couple of times I have gone here, the donuts were old and hard. The coffee tasted wrong too. Maybe it’s because it’s a small pop up in a gas station but if I was you, I’d go to different Dunkin’ Donuts in the area there are plenty close by.

Burnt Croissant and terrible customer service. The line was 20 mins long and then received the wrong order. I understand your bottom line is important but hire more help and train your staff better. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

In the pickup order they have not seal my order and my food is no longer warm and she left the receipt on the side that confuses me if those are my orders or not. Training is required and also customer service is required.

I ordered both sandwiches showed in the receipt and the drive thru cashier gave me attitude that I ordered the maple bacon and should have said the maple sugar bacon sandwich croissant instead. What did it say on the receipt??? Exactly, and she blamed it on the other guy Arturo did not do the sandwich. They closed the window but you can hear them speaking on their native language and laughing. Making it sound like I was the one who did not order right instead of her apologizing that she read the order receipt attached to Dunkin paper bag that I was right and she made a mistake but instead decided to argue with customer and blamed I made a mistake with my order. I gave this place a chance last time for my maple brown bacon sandwich croissant was burnt. But this concluded I won’t come back for this very poor customer service. It even said on their window to call how your service went… Time to call the corporate.

This place is getting worst day by day. Last couple times i ordered coffee and bagel and requested them to spread butter, one time they just gave me packets to spread it on my on, when clearly on the app i requested to spread it on the bagel and when i got home did it myself bagel was cold. I gave 2nd chance they did same thing so I requested lady to do it and she didn’t like it. What she does it pulls the butter packets and puts it on…like who does that? Its not about money, but this is what we have to deal with and it’s terrible. I wonder if this ppl even get trained.
