Wish I would have asked, but think he was the owner or manager, was very attentive to make sure we received our order, and that everything was correct. So I went to get a caramel iced macchiato through the drive through and once I got to the window the lady asked if it was a hot macchiato I’m like no I mentioned cold. So they had already made a hot one so instead of making a new cold one, they poured the hot one in another cup with ice because they were lazy to make a new one when it was there mistake. So I got a warm drink. You expect to get what your paying for! not a happy customer DD!

It’s a great place to go and get a coffee donut, muffin’s and ice-cream as I love the blue Barry muffin’s as well of other great food’s as well the staff are really friendly and helpful it’s not a 24 hour store and they will run out of Donut’s and muffin’s by the later part of the afternoon and evening most day’s.

Excellent Customer Service at this Dunkin location! Even though my order was not the exact way I ordered it on one occasion. This Dunkin Team made up for it and had made it more than right. They had went way above and beyond on the next order I had placed after my call to notify them about the mistake. Hence the reason for my 5 star review even after receiving a coffee with minor mistakes on just one occasion. Thanks to this location’s professionalism and excellent customer service!!

We go to this Dunkin because it is near our house. Consistently terrible service. The staff is very rude and impatient. One time when giving us our change the employee forgot a dollar. And when we asked for the correct change back- she took it out of the tip jar and seemed very annoyed about it. Which was odd. I’m not sure if she felt entitled to a tip, but she was definitely indignant that we asked for our correct change back. An iced coffee with 2 creamers, flavor syrup and cold foam added was nearly $6 and came out looking like a literal glass of milk with a tiny amount of coffee at the bottom. In the winter time we will order hot chocolates. The drink will taste watered down because ALL of the chocolate powder mix is always at the bottom of the cup. It’s like they always forget to shake or stir the powder into the drink. Also, the donuts have very little filling. Honestly, I don’t know why we continue to go there. We probably won’t anymore. Starbucks and McDonalds across the street have consistently better tasting drinks. And at nearly $6 for each of our coffees- it wouldn’t be that much more money to go elsewhere. Also, Lee Donuts is just down the road and has much tastier donuts. This used to be a favorite spot a couple years ago. Not anymore.

The lady you guys have at 5am needs to fix her attitude and the cup she has for tips she slams it in the drive thru counter for us to leave her a tip I go most likely everyday but with a person like that helping me I will find me another dd to go it’s un professional the way she hands us the food or the drinks if she don’t like her job I don’t know why she even working there.
