I’ve been wanting to try the new drinks at Dunkin’, but this location never seems able to make them. Today I preordered a banana latte, and when I got to the window I was told they couldn’t make any lattes at the moment. I asked if they could make another banana espresso drink instead and they couldn’t do that either.
This is the third time they haven’t been able to fulfill my order. The first time in February I went to try one of their strawberry drinks and they were out of strawberry. I even went back another time hoping to try it and they were still out.
On two of those visits, I had already ordered a more expensive drink and ended up having to downgrade to something cheaper because they couldn’t make what I originally wanted. It’s frustrating to look forward to trying the new drinks and then be told they can’t make them after placing the order.
Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to this location anymore.

Got food for my husband, sister and I and everything was delicious and made perfectly! The price for coffee and food is 1/2 of what you would pay at a Starbucks! I’ve been going to this Dunkin Donuts location for 7 years and sometimes the service isn’t always fantastic, yet this particular morning it was wonderful! The cashier spoke broken English but she did a marvelous job and was super friendly!

There was NO ONE inside or in drive thru and I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and bagel after having to tell them my order AGAIN because it wasn’t entered. They were rude and dismissive with my pleases and thank you. I asked for extra cream cheese and gone literally none

Bagel was microwaved, like chewing rubber. Coffee (midnight) was sour, like the pot hadn’t been cleaned this year. Definitely won’t waste my money there again.

Ordered over UberEats. Both of the bagel minis looked like this inside. I don’t know if it’s rotten or burnt but it’s disgusting at first sight. Sandwiches had wrong ingredients. Receipt says white cheddar, got American. Could have been worse, but this is just a lack of care and effort. Please do better. I will not return and neither will and of my coworkers

My review is strictly to praise the amazing people who work at this location. I have witness on different occasions other customers yelling and complaining when that type of behavior was not warranted. The individuals/team that runs this location have always been polite, courteous, and they go out of their way to make sure your experience is amazing. To top it off, they make some amazing coffee. My additional plus is when I order ice coffee, I actually get coffee and not just a cup of ice with a little coffee that I am unable to fit my straw into. If I can rate them higher I would. Highly recommend- 10 stars ⭐️
