Amazing people on shift, but I wasn’t aware that certain location like this one serves CERTAIN flavors of Munchkins on SOME DAYS.
Mon thru Thurs they do NOT make powdered/cinnamon/ jelly. So when I bought the new Easter bucket and opened it up at a meeting, I was quite disappointed to only find 3 flavors (Easter blueberry/chocolate/plain)
If each location chooses to do what they wish then put up a sign with the exceptions at that said location. If there was a sign or something I wouldn’t have bought it there and went to another location.
The workers said they would tell the manager but I’m sure that will go no where. Not the workers fault just the store owner/manager.
Little communication goes a long way

Terrible service the employees charge you extra for stuff you don’t be asking. Train employees to learn how to ask customers properly instead of overcharging. Silly behavior and a little short old Mexican lady shoved her hand infront of my face acting like she couldn’t give me my money back with her nasty attitude. Do better with your employees.

The past 2 times we had an unpleasant meeting with the same cashier, who obviously had a look as if he didn’t want to assist us with our order. Tries to rush you and rolls his eyes when making any additions to your order. He makes a few snide comments after asking if you would like cream or sugar with your coffee, and is easily irritated after you ask questions about the menu. It’s best to know what you want before you go; consider visiting the location on New Wilke Road instead.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have been disappointed with their food. Seems like they just reheat the food and sometimes burn it and still find it decent enough to serve it to the customer. Again, if this was the first time I wouldn’t write this review but they seem consistent in this aspect. Cleanliness is another issue I have with this place, that’s why i only go here in an emergency situation which I don’t think will do going forward. Hopefully, management can fix these issues to hopefully retain other customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The female manager has the worst attitude I have ever met in my life and continues to criticize people or improperly, inform them of what they are being charged for, and then shows up to deliver their coffee with a laughable amount of a product that she up charges for. There is a girl that is likely high school age that is super sweet, however this unappreciative manager ruins the experience almost every time. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. To begin with, the quality of the food was far below even the most basic expectations. The donuts I purchased were dry, flavorless, and tasted as though they had been sitting out for an extended period of time. There was no freshness or appeal—just a bland, almost stale product that did not reflect the standards one would normally associate with the Dunkin’ brand.
Unfortunately, the poor food quality was only made worse by the level of customer service I encountered. The staff appeared disinterested and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I was not greeted upon entering, and when I approached the counter, the employee seemed irritated to take my order. There was no courtesy, no attempt to be helpful, and certainly no sense of professionalism. When I politely asked a question about the menu, I was met with a curt, almost annoyed response.
Overall, this visit was thoroughly unsatisfactory on every level. The lack of care in both the food preparation and customer service was evident, and I left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. I would strongly discourage others from visiting this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to address these serious issues.

I pass a lot of DD coming from the west side and this one is the only place that makes my coffee spot on. Always fresh. Quick and friendly service. Piyush is always welcoming and friendly. The store is kept nice and clean as well. Best DD this side of RM

I just placed an online order and the gentlemen at the window was fantastic! Had a smile on his face and was attentive! I ordered the cookie butter cold brew and if you hate the taste of coffee like me, it’s the drink for you! When the younger kids are at the window I don’t get such a great experience, but the man at the window on Sunday morning around 10:30 was so awesome I had to come leave a review! Keep it up brother!
