Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have been disappointed with their food. Seems like they just reheat the food and sometimes burn it and still find it decent enough to serve it to the customer. Again, if this was the first time I wouldn’t write this review but they seem consistent in this aspect. Cleanliness is another issue I have with this place, that’s why i only go here in an emergency situation which I don’t think will do going forward. Hopefully, management can fix these issues to hopefully retain other customers.

My experience with this Dunkin’ Donuts was really bad. I ordered a latte and iced coffee, but they were awful. The latte smelled bad and didn’t have the espresso that should come with it. The iced coffee tasted old and sour. I had to wait for 15 minutes, too. I’ve always liked Dunkin’, but this time was really disappointing.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Firstly, whenever I order online and pick up in store, it takes longer then expected (15 mins after order has been placed and its still not ready). And then they end up asking me what I got so I kindly let them know my order. They do say sorry about the wait but it’s just so disorganized. The food is always under coocked/cold. My sausage patty the other day was still cold it was gross.. and the most disappointing part of all is that their coffee us super bitter. I thought maybe it’s just me or maybe it was a bad batch. But it happened 3 different times over the last 3 months I have tried. The Schaumburg dunkin is always so yummy I don’t understand the standard here being so low…it’s so sad. 🙁

This is the worst Dunkin’s I have been to my entire life. I sat at the drive thru speaker and had to wait 3-4 minutes and when I kept saying “hello?” someone finally answered. The woman on the speaker took my order, asked me what size I wanted TWICE, and still got it wrong. I ordered two drinks and the other one they couldn’t make and instead of telling me that and communicating, she just didn’t say anything — I asked them “Hey I ordered another drink but wasn’t charged for it ” and the first girl completely ignored me? A different second girl came and asked me what I was waiting on and I said my second drink and told her that I ordered it but they didn’t charge me for it. So the second girl takes my order AGAIN, charged me for it and after 5 minutes of waiting they said “oh she didn’t charge you for it the first time bc we don’t have the stuff to make it”. Why didn’t the first girl just tell me that? So not only was my order wrong, I was up-charged for a larger size I didn’t want, and was charged for a drink I had to wait on that was never made. I asked for a refund and was extremely annoyed at this point bc who spends 15 minutes at a drive thru for that? I was patient at first bc they said they were extremely busy inside. But then it just kept getting worse and worse and I was charged money for basically things I didn’t want or get. The second girl was extremely kind though and I’m happy that at least she was communicative and handled the situation despite it being someone else’s mistake.

This location used to be just like any other Dunkin’ donuts. Recently they have gone so down hill that many of us have started to boycott the location. I even contacted corporate who said that they were so sorry and set my information over to this location. Who didn’t care! They don’t take the time to listen to your order, they overcharge a ridiculous amount compared to any other location, wrong order every time, and their donuts are old and stale. I had to pay $20 for six donuts in a few munchkins. That is insane!

If I could leave a no star I would. The young kids working said they were closed an HOUR before the actual closing time. When asked about the store closing time they didn’t even respond and just looked at me with no response. The website and sign on the door was the same but these girls said differently. After asking again they finally yelled what do you want?! Very upsetting and will never recommend this location to anyone!

So me and my family, went to this Dunkin’ and it was horrid! We ordered a few donuts and they were not so good. But it gets even worse when we also ordered munchkins they they were so dry. Inside they they were so hard and probably out of date. Never seen any Dunkin’ like this. Not going ever again.

Super disappointed, food is often reheated and not fresh, waited in drive thru for one coffee for 7 minutes, and decided just to leave not to waste my time. If possible, just skip this location.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WOMAN WHO GREETED ME AT THE WINDOW. OLDER INDIAN LADY . I HAD AN UBER EATS PICK UP. WHEN I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. I WAITED FOR A COUPLE MINUTES AND PROCEEDED TO TALK AT THE SPEAKER AGAIN STILL NO ANSWER . THEN I BLEW MY HORN SOFTLY AND I HEAR THE SCREAM AT ME WHAT!!!! IVE NEVER BEEN SCREAMED AT THRU THE SPEAKER AT A PROFESSIONAL STORE LIKE THIS . I FELT DISRESPECTED AND WHEN I TOLD HER I HAVE A PICK UP FOR UBER EATS SHE TOLD ME TO PULL UP. THEN WHEN I ASKED HER WHY SHE SCREAMED SO RUDLY AT ME SHE SAID BECAUSE SHE WAS IN THE FREEZER AND GOT STARTLED BY THE HORN. I KNEW THAT WAS A LIE BUT EVEN IF IT WERE TRUE SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED OR APOLOGIZED FOR HER UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE
