This is the second time now I have gone to this location and my ICED coffee has had no ice. Not inly did it have no ice but i was greeted very rudely at the window when waiting for my latte. They opened the window and started at me like I was holding up their line when the forgot my latte. I was very polite and reminded them i payed for a latte. The latte was literally sour and warm. I also got two bagels and my partner and I both had to throw them away because of how stale and burnt they were. 15$ and 45 minutes wasted. Dunkin yall better fix this location because now because of them I will not being going back to any dunkin. Literally disgusting.

We waited 15+ minutes in line and I’m pretty sure my iced latte didn’t have any coffee in it. It truly just tasted like cold milk and caramel. It was also mostly ice and the cup wasn’t even filled all the way. This image is just after the initial sip. I’ve never seen a latte look this pale either which also makes me feel like they forgot the coffee.

Whatever lady working the drive through from 6-7 on 9/29/25 pm clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. Pulled up told her I had a mobile order she told me to pull ahead, and then proceeds to tell me it’s $8 something? I paid already it’s a mobile order told her again and she wants to tell me the ticket didn’t print out and I showed her proof on my phone and she’s looking at me like I spoke a different language and then she wants to tell me I’m the new generation to figure out how to go about getting a refund on my phone???WHOLE TIME MY DRINKS WERE IN HER FACE? someone please train her and on her customer service skills.

Our family frequents this Dunkin’ often, and it’s typically decent. However, today we ordered a dozen donuts, half of which were Boston cream, and when I ate about half of one, I felt a long hair in my throat, which I partially swallowed. I literally had to reach my fingers into the back of my mouth to remove the hair and could feel it being pulled out of my throat. (See the chewed donut on my fingers in photo.) Absolutely disgusting! When I called the store nearly a dozen times to speak with someone about the issue, a recording just kept telling me no one is available. The voice message system was also full, so I couldn’t leave a message to have someone call me. I ended up calling the Dunkin’ corporate office and made a complaint. What a disgusting experience.

Went in just after 3 pm on a Thursday and it was really quiet. There were at least 3 employees working in the back that I could hear, but none came out to check on me who came in the door. It took more than 10 minutes before I was noticed. I could see the employees but for some unknown reason they did not see me. When I was about to leave for Dairy Queen someone came out front.
I am disappointed in the service at this store. When there is no one in the store and the workers are not checking on the front counter after the door chime goes off, I wondered if I should stay or go. I wanted solid ice cream instead of soft serve ice cream so I stayed.
Got what I wanted after a long wait.

I had a good experience here today. The staff was polite and helpful. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and received a free cake donut because it is national donut day. I enjoyed the donut. The coffee is good quality. I would order a different flavor coffee next time because I am not into the French vanilla but it is my taste not dds fault. I will come back.

Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin near me and I love me a dunkalatte. I’ve never had issues with this branch, but today, their service was really off. I sat in the drive thru window for a few mins because one of the employees was counting their register’s content. Most businesses don’t do that until it’s closing time but maybe I’m wrong so I waited. But then I was kept waiting with no “Sorry it will just be a second.” They knew I was sitting right there looking at them, waiting for my order. The drinks I ordered have been sitting on the counter for a few mins at that point (one other employee who made it placed it there as I pulled up to the window). When they finally finished, I was handed my drink with the lid not fully closed so it spilled on the side of my car. The employee grabbed it, closed it, and handed it back to me, no napkins or an apology. The ‘service’ part of customer service was nowhere to be found today and it was just a really disappointing visit.

I had gotten a Bacon egg and cheese bagel, They forgot everything on it the first time. I had to drive back and he grabs the bagel and just puts it on there no heating up, Egg is not warm, bacon is not warm, cheese is a old slice. Not toasted or anything. Honestly I wont be going back. The guy was not very nice and laughed.
