I ordered 5 pieces special and two pieces were this size. This is the second time this happened at this location in windsor. Lady gave me an attitude said they get small batches now. The cook said the chicken downsize now due to budget cuts

My experience was awful from start to finish.
The guy working the cash register was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted annoyed the entire time, like serving customers was an inconvenience. We came in over an hour before closing, yet he seemed angry that he still had to do his job. Also he lied about the bathroom being locked, I used it, and he told my friend he doesn’t have the key.
On top of the terrible service, the food wasn’t even good. I only stopped here out of desperation, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Very disappointing experience.

I hate how this Popeyes never answer their phone. I spent upwards of $50 bucks on lunch for me and my coworkers and received maybe 40% of the things I paid for. It must be really tough to have to read off of a paper and place those exact same items in a box and bag. It truly sucks that they can’t answer their phone to take accountability or even rectify an issue. Now I gotta pull up after work to speak to someone directly.

If you can go somewhere else do that. They don’t allow customers to use the bathrooms and they have two. Doesn’t matter if you’re pregnant, child, or elderly. This is on multiple occasions!
The drive thru service isn’t any better, everytime they forget something. Last time it was my mac n cheese. The time before it was my biscuit. Everytime I get sauce they all stick together in a gross way. Also, the customer service is mid, they never smile.

I just went in store in Windsor Connection and when I came home my order of regular fries is missing. They gave me the large fries that comes with the 9pc family meal but my surf and turf fries is not in the bag. I have called over 10 times and no one is picking up. Popeyes my order number is CHK 2441. I need my complete order!!

Drove up read menu and picked a 16 piece family dinner. Clerk says, “That’s only for online orders.” Really, why list it on drive-up marquee? Offers a 10 piece chicken only option. Ask if I can get potatoes with that and clerk says, “chicken only.” I clarified, “If I pay extra, can I get mashed potatoes?” “Yes, you can.” Clerk seemed flustered and unaware that her communication contributed to my confusion.
