I come here to WI to visit my sister and drop my daughter off to college from Maryland a few times a year. Went here and got 2 dozen donuts and they seem like they are manufactured donuts. They said they make them in house but they have a chemical taste to them. They need to call Maryland and get the ingredients and the way how to make them because that place would be so busy because in MD they know how to make good donuts.

i’ve been a regular here for a while now and never really had an issue till now. it seems like now they have gotten new employees or something bc i walked in to pickup my drink and one of the baristas was rudeeeee. def disappointing bc i LOVE dunkin but lack of customer service and care is really showing through. i don’t think it’s terribly difficult to put a smile on your face, or learn how to answer questions politely.

Every time I order, the Boston Crème donut is put in the bag frosting side down. I finally decided to write this review because it happens repeatedly, and they are NOT that busy at 6:25 am and could easily put the donut in the bag with the frosting up.

We absolutely Love going to the River Falls location! Management and workers are absolutely AMAZING! They all really care about each customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make each customer happy. We went through the drive-through this morning and the kids were so excited about the wonderful Easter bunny that was at the drive-through. They also received an egg with a doughnut hole in the egg. It made their day! Again, we appreciate all you do!

If you pay $3.50 for a cup of coffee the least you can do is spend 1 extra second to fill the cup. Doesn’t happen all the time, but this is simple to teach staff.

I used to go here regularly and they were wonderful. I took a break. Started stopping by again the last few months. What happened? They have screwed up my order at least 50% of the time. No one seems to know what they are doing. I think I’ll stick to Woodbury. Smh….

Swung in on Sunday morning. Shortly after they opened. Got a half dozen donuts and a specialty item. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything went well. Really excited to come back and get some coffee sometime.

Passing through River Falls and stopped here the other day to grab a treat and coffee for me and my daughter. Great selection of donuts for a Saturday morning and super nice welcoming staff. My drink was made perfectly and the dining area was clean.
