Something always wrong here. I ordered a bacon avocado toast and i got a bagel with avocado(ok not on menu) I told them right away after complaining about cold coffee. Guy tried to sell me iced coffee, but i’ve never been an iced coffee person. So i was like ok you don’t want to brew a fresh cup(aka don’t want to do your job) just make me an americano..he came back with a warm coffee this time..pretty sure he stuck it in microwave as it tasted like acid burned coffee..couldn’t have had a worse experience. I use to work in a coffee shop..it’s not a difficult job and i know all the ins and outs. So i left with the stuff as is, with fear they might act maliciously if i REQUESTED WHAT I PAID FOR. Waste of money and time. don’t do it. just don’t.

Orders are frequently wrong. Staff doesn’t seem to care or is understaffed frequently. I really like Dunkin for its products but the service and quality from this location is subpar.

It is a Dunkin’ shop, they have donuts and coffee. I got a box of Munchkins, coffee rolls and apple fritters. Everyone loved them! I don’t get a chance to have Dunkin’s as there isn’t one in Alaska :(/

Everytime I go to this location my coffee tastes different. I ordered a latte this morning and they handed it to me and i immediately could tell by the color it was made incorrectly. The espresso should be made on demand and not just sitting there waiting to be used, which is what I have clearly seen happening. Frustrating that something as simple as making a coffee can’t be done in a similar fashion from day to day. DO NOT waste your money going to this location.

It’s good when it’s made right. Each visit my coffee is made differently.. a signature latte is not made the same as a regular iced coffee.. you don’t run though McDonald’s ordering a McDouble to get a McChicken. ♀️ There was none of the toppings a signature latte should have had, and there is BARELY any coffee… Step up the training guys, it’s coffee!

On 11/29 /2020. First drink had plastic pieces. Brought it back. Second drink had plastic in it. Was unable to drink either drink. Tried calling, they wouldn’t answer. Called and emailed corporate, they did nothing. All I asked for was a credit back to my account and was ignored. Very disappointed.
