I decided to skip Starbucks and give this Dunkin’ a try right before Christmas and must say that I was uber disappointed that they didn’t have any peppermint mocha. First world problems, right.

Wish I could post a pic of my drink. I came here on Sat July 1st at 2:30 ish PM, I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with 2 cream and 1 sugar.. for starters I get to the window (the girl working was a heavy set young girl) I hand her my money (bill was $3.59 I gave her $3.60) she then asked if what I gave her was exact I said well there is .1 but just keep it… idk should prob count money people hand you not go off a customer’s word just saying. #2 I drive away which I do not take a drink of my coffee until a few miles down the road, I take a drink of something I wouldn’t even call coffee, absolutely no coffee in this drink let alone anything I asked for. So I turn around because $3.59 for a drink is enough for me to atleast get what I ordered. So I go back Noone was at the drive through line so I went back in drive through and AS KINDLY AS POSSIBLE let them know my drink was incorrect and I told them the drink it was supposed to be… the girl came back and said “I personally made that drink I know I made it correctly” I said well I get these every single day this is not at all what I ordered (which I took a pic of the sticker on the drink where it clearly says 4 vanilla shots instead of the vanilla swirl iced it normally says) but who looks at the white paper on the drink let alone driving. Anyway she then cuts me off as I’m talking and very snarly tells me to pull around to give me a new drink which still didn’t taste right but at this point this girl was clearly incompetent and I was running late to where I was going. But girl you need a new job that is not with the public and somewhere you don’t argue with customers. Do you think I would have turned around if I was lying or something ? You clearly got upset for making a wrong drink.

Wanted to love this place, have been going since they opened as its convenient with a drive thru. However the staff that work here are not the most friendly in the morning, and are so slow. How hard is it to say good morning and smile. Going in is 10x worse as you stand and wait forever to get a simple order. I’ve waited inside after ordering a coffee and a single donut for 15 minutes. I’m not sure what the problem is here, more staff maybe… but i won’t be going for awhile because it’s always a hassle and the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous!

Hands down cleanest Dunkin I’ve ever seen. The girls who work there are sooo nice and gave me great advice about ordering with an allergy. Ask them what to get to drink, we took their recommendations and were not disappointed!

Honestly hit or miss depending on who’s working. I feel rushed when i make my drive thru orders and i hate they make the food ahead of time on the app. My favorite person is the slightly awquard guy who is super nice and works the window, he always brings the positive energy this place needs.

Several times I’ve come in the mid afternoon and was told whatever they have is all they have for the rest of the day… I’m sorry what? So I asked why wouldn’t they make any more donuts if they are open for a few more hours they said we just aren’t. And more than once I’ve come after they are supposed to be open at 5am. Door locked employees still setting up and not a single donut insight.. they’ve been open long enough to have these kinds of kinks worked out.

Saturday at 12:30 in the afternoon, ordered around 2 dozen dounuts, 5 drinks and 1 breakfast sandwich. Food and drinks were fine but had to ask multiple times to get the entire order and still had some dounuts that where not what we ordered. When we reminded them of our missing breakfast sandwich we ordered, it was brought out with only one peice of bread so we had to ask again to complete the sandwich. This crew was flat out not organized or efficient. They did say sorry multiple times. I hate to rate a newly opend store like this but a completed order is a basic expectation. My personal opinion is if I feel like there is a good chance my next order will be incorrect/not complete I do not return. Bad first impression.

Slowest establishment I’ve ever seen. Drive thru line wrapped around the building, line nearly out the door inside. Staff arguing with each other over who was supposed to make what and when. Doubt I’ll be back unless they can get their act together.
