Been going here for over a year, mostly because of the lack of alternatives. Food is great but that’s about it. Parking is horrendous can’t even find an illegal spot. The main reason for writing this review is because of the management forcing the workers to fill bowls and burritos half full. Today, the one helping me with my bowl got in trouble because she’s gave me extra white rice, I hope she finds a better workplace. I hope they find new staff that doesn’t get emotional over white rice. Also don’t order for pickup, you will pay for a full sized entree and get the smallest portion you have ever seen in your life.

My friend & I were excited to finally try the new plant based chorizo I ordered $30 worth of food for us online. I bought the burrito bowl for me & a burrito for my friend that was supposed to have the plant based chorizo on it. At first they couldn’t find our order then finally they found it. Once we opened the bag & started eating our food we noticed there was no plant based chorizo AT ALL!! My burrito bowl looked very skimpy with only 3 shreds of lettuce. My friends burrito looked very skimpy with barely anything inside which is a shocker considering chipotle is known for their large size burritos. Everything looked very rushed & put together very sloppy to the point we lost our appetites. We tried to go back so they can fix their mistake however they were closing & claimed they threw everything away. Brittany told my friend that they ran out of plant based chorizo at the very last minute & claimed “they tried to call us.” That’s clearly a lie because my phone number is up to date on my account & I never received any calls at all from them!! Let alone they should have told us during pick up that they ran out of the plant based chorizo. Instead they gave us sloppy scraps which is not even enough to fill up a toddler!! I would have rather been treated & served like the person I am instead of some stray animal eating scraps off the streets!! I really hope they keep their word & at least refund me. We are very upset at the service & how the situation was handled. NEVER AGAIN!!

Every time I go to this location there’s only one person working the line and there’s never any food. Things run out and don’t get replaced and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. It’s not worth the price nor the time spent waiting on their extremely long lines.

Absolutely filthy! Tables were covered with grunge and the food looked anything but fresh. The serving individual was completely unwelcoming and rushed me through the entire ordering process rudely almost cutting me off with “next” every ingredient I ordered for my burrito. Food was also cold…I had planned to eat there but once I sat down and looked around at how disgusting the place was I decided to leave. Chipotle commercials about the fresh food and friendly staff are complete corporate BS. I DARE the CEO of Chipotle to respond to this…he won’t. Come on Brian Niccol…I DARE YOU to apologize in person .. you made $17 million+ last year …for what!?

I placed an order online and paid extra for Guacamole (avocado) but when I go home and try to eat there was no Guacamole. I’m a regular customer and really disappointed as paid extra for that. I did not have a well experience and I am not one to leave reviews normally but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE! My daughter got a bowl without rice and beans, one she’s allergic to black beans & she doesn’t favor rice. The worker gave her the smallest amount of food for a meal that cost me $25! They are unprofessional and just utterly cheap when you’re spending a well amount for a meal. I did not even want to get myself something. Some workers were nice, another guy, seemed like a manager was upset I asked to give my daughter a better quality amount of food. QDOBA is much better and just around richmond avenue to the plazas, about 4 minutes away. It’s a better bang for your buck!
