I’ve only used the drive thru portion of the business, not the inside, so can’t give a totally fair rating (because I zip through the drive thru to simply grab a banana split from Baskin-Robbins). The staff are clean and polite, which is a 5 star, in my opinion. The banana splits are good, “except”, they don’t offer crushed pineapple (like once upon a time). Every now and then, I’ll ask them: “refresh my memory, you don’t offer crushed pineapple, do you?”, (secretly hoping they’ll surprise me and add it to the menu. Also, they don’t seem to carry pistachio ice cream, either ( ).

Never toast bagels!!!! The guy at the window is rude. The girl is nice. The drinks are good if everything is remembered but only go here because it’s next to my job !!! Start toasting bagels no one wants a cold bagel with cream cheese smothered to hide it’s not toasted

We just stopped there on our way home to Ohio and had a big order. They not only got everything correct (some was specific) but everything was hot and delicious! Honestly , I’ve lost hope in Dunkin the past few trips I’ve been in my hometown of Ohio, but this was a great visit !

Ordered 1 doughnut with chocolate on top,and they put it in bag face down so all the chocolate sticks bottom of bag what a genius,then phone number doesn’t work… doughnut was hard didn’t feel fresh wouldn’t know if it was the doughnut was ruined. If I could give negative stars it would be -5

First time I went into Dunkin’ Donuts I actually went inside had a great experience. Today I went through the drive-through Gave my order at the speaker pulled up at the window had to give her my order again and wait for my order well they filled it then. I also spent $2.50 on their mini pancakes which are 1/3 the size of a silver dollar pancakes and only got six of them. On top of that I ordered a dozen donuts and only got 11.

Unsanitary, went back had incorrect order and worker put hands over lid took the drink and just added foam over the already incorrect drink . Very upset that I saw that worker eating and on phone then hand me same drink without washing hands or replacing the lid especially after covid.

Incompetent rude staff. Gave me a hard time about remaking my drink to add extra coffee when I had no problem paying, then gave me a 1/4 if a cappuccino, had to drive all the way back to work and back there to have it made w no offer of anything extra for the inconvenience. This one won’t get my business anymore. Smh. Pathetic

Half of their menu wasn’t in display. We told them and their response was “We will turn that on but what do u want right now” then rushed us as we were trying to figure it out because there was no menu.
