At 8am, this place is already out of the most popular donuts. It appears as though they are going more in the direction of “Dunkin” by concentrating more on food, and less on the “Donuts” by not preparing enough to last. The doors and entrance look like its about to fall apart already and its a fairly new building.

This location used to be a frequent stop on my way to work most nights but I have had nothing but issues the last few times of going from drinks being made wrong, ordering something & it not being available without any acknowledgement from an employee that it was out when I pick up my order. Yesterday, I placed an order through the app for a munchkin bucket and large coffee. When I pulled up to the window, the lady informed me that they were sold out of munchkins and to come back tomorrow. Fast forward to today, I returned only to be told they were sold out again and watched them laugh as I drove away. I also called 2 hours after my order yesterday to verify that they would have them available for me today since I live 15 minutes away and they assured me they would have them. I don’t own a business, but this surely isn’t the way I’d run it if I did have one.

NEVER STOP HERE! YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY! I’ve had stale donuts before but these donuts didn’t even taste like donuts anymore. Plus I think they use half the meat they’re supposed to for the wake up wrap. It’s been 10 minutes and I’m still waiting for the nasty taste from the donuts to leave my mouth. I gave it about a year since my last bad experience. Figured that was enough time. It was not.

Employees here really need to learn how to apologize when they make a mistake. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru, but they said they couldn’t find my order and told me to park and come inside. When I went in, they suddenly found it. I have only been to this location twice and I will never go back. Both visits I had ordered a dozen bagels and the first visit I was charged $30 dollars and the second visit i was charged $23 dollars. They do not tell you what you owe at all, they just reach for your payment, no hello, no thank you and no smile. This location is rude and they charge you what they feel like charging you.

I had went through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, 10 donut holes, large iced mocha latte and a ham egg and cheese muffin. The coffee was not what I ordered. My bagel was burned with hardly any bacon and the donuts were in a bag given to me and 2 kinds of donuts given. Just not happy. Starting coming here everyday and realized I was having issues every day. I would only get one coffee and an order of bagel bites. Either the bagel bites would be burned or my coffee would be the wrong size or without the cold foam. Checked the reviews and saw that it’s not just me so I reached out on the app to offer feedback.
Corporate replied and said the owner would reach out to me within two business days. A week goes by and I let corporate know they never contacted me. The next day, the owner called me. He seemed very sincere, apologetic, and open to feedback. At the end, he said he was sending me a $10 e-gift card. That was about two weeks ago and I still haven’t recieved it. I called about it and nobody was able to help me.
Regulars spend up to $200/month here treating themselves and based on reviews, they’re losing most of the people who do that. Coffee is great when made correctly but customer service here is lacking.

Me and my family have been to this location a few times and each time it has been less than ideal. The first few times it was just items that were overcooked, a little burnt or just worse quality from what we typically experience at other Dunkin Donuts. However, today, we were in a rush and decided to stop for a pumpkin spice latte – I could not have caffeine at the time and emphasized several times it needed to be decaf. Got to the pay window and the lady read the wrong order back to me so I corrected them again. They handed me an iced coffee (I had never said iced and only realized then that they had never asked). Took a few sips and realized it wasn’t decaf either but my husband had already left the drive through. There seemed to be a significant language barrier between us and the ladies working the drive through which was a little aggravating. Do not waste your time – go to a different Dunkin Donuts.
