I travel for work and tend to stop in nutrition shops to replace a meal here and there, so I’ve been to plenty of nutrition spots across the country. None have impressed me like the Nutrition Lounge. The space is inviting and would be fabulous for relaxing and hanging out.
Kristina was an absolute joy! She explained the menu and was super helpful in offering options that fit my taste. I ended up with a puppy chow shake, the sunshine refresher, and a pb banana crunch bagel for the plane ride later that afternoon. Everything was wonderful!
I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Every time I go to NL the owners and team are always so friendly and welcoming. My whole family (kids included) love going and getting refreshers. My work team often grabs refreshers for a much needed pick me up! Great vibe and totally different atmosphere than any other nutrition place i have visited.

Kristina and Angel and their whole team are so great! Ethan has been amazing to us when we’ve brought our 3 year old in despite being a little out of control around nap time. The drinks are delicious and there’s so many options even for kids! We always feel welcome, it’s SO SO CLEAN which is super important for places I frequent, they’re so supportive of other small businesses and we recommend to everyone to know!

I had to leave a review because I love supporting small business and let me just say I popped in and was instantly greeted by every employee and the owners were just so sweet! I got a bomb pop refresher + banana nut bread shake for my lunch and both are just so yummy! I’ll definitely be a returning customer! 10/10 experience & the location is so cute! 🙂

This place is so adorable. Perfectly decorated and so relaxing. It is Beautiful. Their refreshers are addictive. My friend told me to stop by and I’m so glad I did. These drinks are not 92% ice like other chains and gone in 2 sips. Love supporting a local family and Angel and Christina and their staff are so welcoming and kind. Check out the nutrition lounge. You won’t be disappointed!
