On my mornings driving into work I always get gas at the shell station here, and I thought to try the Dunkin’ Doughnuts. Never again. Service was mediocre and they filled my cup nearly half full. I purchased a large cappuccino.

I normally am not one to complain but they gave me a cup with a huge hole in it that got all over my car and myself, no receipt, and then when i came back to get a new coffee the staff was extremely rude, just stared at me and did not hurry at all as coffee is pouring out all over the place and would not even take back the coffee and gave me like 3 napkins to clean it up which did nothing. 10/10 suggest driving 2 more minutes down the road and going to starbucks instead

This is the only store that doesn’t make a frozen caramel coffee right. It’s very hit or miss. I reluctantly stop here if I’m running late since it’s close to my home but 9 times out of 10 my drink is awful and undrinkable. I take that chance. Maybe retrain? The staff is nice but that’s not enough for the convenience. I’ll continue to go out of my way to get my coffee made right.
