I ordered a hot caramel latte and two Boston creme donuts. They repeated my order but there was no caramel in my drink. I mean absolutely bitter no hint of caramel, if you don’t have the flavor just say so otherwise what’s your excuse? They threw my donuts in the bag so the icing was all on the paper, like what a waste I wish I can have my money back. I won’t be back here

Went in there yesterday about 6:30 pm and had the most amazing customer service I’ve had in a long time. The young gentleman was working alone servicing both the drive-in and the counter. He was not only efficient, but very friendly. We need more people like this kid in the world!

Tuesday mornings I go to my daughter’s house and bring Dunkin. I’ve done both in person and mobile ordering. The orders have always been correct which nowadays is a rare at a drive thru. The mobile orders are ready when I pull up. The avocado toast is delicious! Daughter and granddaughter say the donuts are fresh and taste great. Coffees are very good, both hot and iced. They ask if I want a cup carrier. A really good experience!! Good work!

Don’t bother trying to get a coffee when they claim they open or 30 mins before they close. They do not respond in the drive through and I’ve seen them run into the back/hide to avoid customers at 7:29pm when they close at 8:00pm
