Came here for small breakfast (avocado bacon toast) and frozen coffee before work. I’ve done this quite a few times before sometimes good sometimes bad. I read the reviews before & I should’ve listened other reviews & avoided this place. I never discriminate, but there is a huge language barrier any morning I order here. this morning, the cashier, didn’t understand that I wanted something taken off my order. She was real snappish and snobbish then she spoke to her coworker and told him to take something off my order and their language. When she did this, he looked at me and discuss the same way she looked at me. At that point I felt uncomfortable, and when they gave me the rest of my order, I wasn’t sure if wanted it to eat it with that look they gave me. DON’T go here. BTW the avocado toast bread was BRICK hard.

on 8/29 I was at the drive thru. The guy handed me my change, paper and coins. He dropped the coins, some of which rolled under the car. I got out, with difficulty and retrieved some of them. Then I had to ask the person behind me to wait while I pulled forward, so I could get the rest. No apology, Just a blank stare. I won’t be going back!

This used to be a good Dunkin’ Donuts. They can’t even get an order right at all guys get zero stars, taking my business elsewhere. I ordered an iced coffee cream and caramel and was given a hot coffee with cream and sugar and y’all said I didn’t order ice then why did it say it on the order screen learn how to do your job

The female at the drive-thru on the morning of 05 July 2022 (around 1015 AM) was one of the nicest employees I’ve encountered at any restaurant. She had a nose ring and curly brown hair. I hope that management sees this and gives her a promotion and/or raise. She was awesome.

Very excited when this location opened. Very close to home for me. I leave for work right about 5am when they open. Have never been told anything wasn’t ready like the red sign coffee place across the street. Hash browns are usually on the burnt side, but that’s every DD, it’s just how they make them. Other than that i have always been very happy. Everything else I’ve ever ordered has been great, service is always friendly. If you’ve never had one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches your doing yourself a disservice, and they actually give the proper amount of cream cheese on the bagels… never wishing for more. I’ve never had a wait, but then again, the world isn’t awake yet at 5am. Overall I was reading the other reviews and felt they deserved my opinion which is a recommendation.

My mom and I are regulars at this Dunkin and the staff know our orders by heart!! Every single member of their staff is kind and accommodating and we appreciate everything they do. I would highly recommend this dunkin not only for the food and drinks but also for the exemplary customer service.

Fritter was dry and tasted like it was a day old and had no filling. And I was supposed to receive my coffee for free with order ahead and I was told to just place my order and it would be taken off the final cost and my card was charged and thankfully she was able to refund me at the window. This should not happen they need to fix this with their new app. It was drive through only due to staff shortage I’m guessing. She was pleasant
