I ordered through grab hub and what I got was different from what I ordered. I ordered large matcha green tea with almond milk and I got a large iced coffee. I called the branch and Kelly said to pick up the correct drink.

The girl who talks in the drive-thru most mornings is the THE friendliest person ever to work a drive thru! Only complaint is that their decaf coffee is almost never hot. Not sure if a warmer is broken or needs to be turned up, but I either have to warm it up myself or ask them to give me something hotter.

I usually have a decent experience here and don’t normally leave reviews, but I refused a receipt when I should have taken it. I ordered a large iced match latte and received one that was missing a quarter of the drink. I didn’t notice until I had left and was about to take a sip. Disappointed because it was $6, but the lady at the window was pleasant and this is my first bad experience here.

This location is inside of a truck stop. They do have a drive thru. However, I have not used that. I have been twice now & both times have been very disappointed. At 630am, you would think your donuts would be fresh, not stale, especially since they bake them in-house at this location. However, you’d be mistaken like I was. Also, they did not explain why, but they were unable to sell their bagel bites one time.

Horrible experience. I placed an order online for nearly $30 e worth of food and drinks. I get there and they tell me they’re out of the tea for my drinks and they close in an hour and a half so they won’t make it anymore. And the kid was super rude and arrogant. So they told me they couldn’t give me my money back or do anything about it I had to call the 800 number. And then they told me that St. John was open I could go get everything from there. Drive all the way to the Saint John location and it is closed so now I’m out food and money and I’m irritated driving all around town. Not to mention you buy avocado toast with bacon and they wither forget it is out on the smallest amount possible left where you can’t taste it and it’s a total waste is money. One is the worst Dunkin’s around. Staff is never nice either. And the other day I was there and some women had her small child brought to coat and was baxk by the food. Gross.

I have stopped at DUNKIN on Wicker Ave., a handful of times. It is conveniently located on early mornings to work without going out of my way. I can say I am not disappointed with my orders. Everything is spot on. What I can comment on is my experience on (more than one occasion) with the same drive thru attendant. Her demeanor is cool & off putting rather than warm & welcoming. It’s easier now to drive to another location and be met courteously.
