Best Dunkin within 20 miles easily. They have a new manager that has the place rocking!! Had a pretty complicated and busy order that the her staff handled with absolute ease!! Someone ALWAYS greets me when I walk through the door no matter how busy they are, and I always get a warm farewell now when I leave!! The really awesome thing this Dunkin has over any of the other coffee places around, is their memory. I ordered a drink with the new manager, and 3 days later SHE REMEMBERED the drink. Now 2 of the staff know what I’m getting and just ask if I’m getting the usual. It’s nice to feel like a regular at such a busy well known place. She definitely has taught the team how to keep their customers happy. Highly recommend!!

They get so frustrated and their whole demeanor changes when you tell them your order isn’t thru the Dunkin app. Also I went thru today and the girl at the window was so cold to us. Didn’t say a single word and had her back to us chatting to someone else at the window. 0/10 experience. Do better

My dad has always gone to dunkin and gotten free refills on his coffee, till today he suddenly couldn’t and they said no you could tell they didn’t really want to mess with it, it’s bizarr to me that a company won’t give free refills on a coffee you purchase with your own money, every business around here does it, i will be going elsewhere. I should only give it one star until they change their policy

Stopped by it around noon, 2 weeks ago… the place inside looks filthy, only few choices of donuts available, the rest are “sold out”.. donuts are not fresh. Waited on the cup of coffee for 15 minutes (order was only 2 donuts and 1 cup of coffee). Custer service is just absent. Do not recommend this shop. And will avoid it in future

Despite the deceptions from a couple of other reviewer‘s below me, this place is ALWAYS clean, the service is so friendly, and the food is always prepared damn near to perfection.

We went just now to Dunkin. We ordered two drinks and two of the breakfast sandwiches. Pregnant wife got home to discover no sandwiches, but two gross tacos. Called and the phones disconnected. Overall just sucked and made my pregnant wife cry so ♂️ Starbucks from now on

Hopefully, it was the very first day behind the counter for the “they” that took my order. This person was terrible at their job. This person seriously struggled to count to 12. It was shameful to watch as a fellow human. The demeanor of every person in there struck me as unhappy. The donuts didn’t seem very fresh either. I’m never going there again.

If you want your allergies to be ignored and your order to be constantly wrong this is the right Dunkin for you! Ive never experienced slower and worst service from a Dunkin. They’ve ignored my gfs dairy allergy (when she’s explicitly stated it) to the point where I no longer use the drive thru I go in store to watch them make it. My bagel with cream cheese usually has the bare minimum (picture below). The older cashier is literally the only saving grace here.
