Usually love Dunkin’ – picked up today and it’s TERRIBLE! Donuts are hard as rocks and taste old. Drinks taste awful too. Does not taste like chai.

The customer service here is horrible. Not going back there anymore. The staff doesn’t understand Midwest expectations of service I guess? Never hi, how are you, thanks for your order, nothing like? The lady working the drive thru was almost like she was forced to be there and we were bothering her that we were there! Ugh! If you buy into American franchises you need to learn how to treat customers!

This Dunkin is meh. I don’t really prefer It but sometimes their drinks sound good. I don’t like the location it’s in. Super busy and Smith Valley altogether is just crazy. Their donuts seem dried up even in the morning times. Every time I go there to order the workers seem like they cannot understand me. They don’t really interact with you at the window when paying. They act clueless or they’re not paying attention. I asked for help on the app last time I visit and the guy acted like he didn’t understand me. He looked at me and ignored me. Luckily I figured out what I was trying to do and got the task done on the app. Seems like Dunkin’s have gone downhill.

Can’t believe how poorly this location is run. How are they still in business??
The district manager was so nice and tried to make this locations *many* mistakes right. I went back today and they gave me sausage instead of turkey sausage. I went back and said “sorry I can’t eat pork.” They took the sandwich through the window, left my view, and then tried to give it back. “It’s turkey not pork.” The manager insisted it was not pork but I had their turkey sausage and it was NOT like that. I asked if they could remake it to be sure and they just gave me the sandwich back. The one that they took from me and touched. Oh, and it WAS pork. Thankfully I didn’t eat it to begin with….
More than once I’ve been shorted items. A few days after 10/31, I ordered a donut and got one that was clearly still from Halloween. So stale it was inedible. All this and then a health code violation? No thanks. I’ll go anywhere else.

Stopped by it around noon, 2 weeks ago… the place inside looks filthy, only few choices of donuts available, the rest are “sold out”.. donuts are not fresh. Waited on the cup of coffee for 15 minutes (order was only 2 donuts and 1 cup of coffee). Custer service is just absent. Do not recommend this shop. And will avoid it in future

Got a chocoloate frosted donut and 10 munchkins. Donuts and munchkins were very stale. Easily the worst donuts I’ve had from any donut shop ever. Staff seemed more interested talking with themselves. Place was clean though.

I order on the app usually. They have my iced tea ready when I arrive but quite often forget my donuts. Quality of the food has went downhill. The place seems dirty too. The iced tea has been very weak with no taste. It’s pretty much brown colored water. For $3.92 after tax, that is unacceptable. On 2/25/24, I turned the tea back in and asked for a refund. They won’t refund at the store and I have to call customer service. What poor customer service! Never coming back to this location.
