Absolutely terrible experience!!! The owner/manager needs to get in this store and lay the law down, because the workers have no sense of urgency what so ever!!! There were a dozen waiting for orders places 30-40 minutes ago!! The only good credit I can give is to the woman working the drinks, she was very nice and cranking them out super fast. The rest of the workers were moving so slow, and orders for hot food and donuts were not getting made. One man said he ordered at 10:20 (Black forest bacon and egg sandwich only), and was still waiting at 11:07. We finally had enough and asked for a refund!!! My order was placed at 10:39, so we weren’t waiting anymore!!! I would like a manager/owner to reach out to us! I hope this Google review helps get the store in better shape for the future, or it will eventually go under like other restaurants that have had this same problem. Very unfortunate that a business with such a good location is having a real service issue!

The quality at this store has gone downhill for a few months. The app has been wrong for months, saying they are out of whole milk. I tell them every time. It’s never fixed. The inside smells like the sewer is backing up inside the store. The training of new hires is terrible. No one knows what they are doing anymore. I have been a regular here for years but will not anymore.

Worst Dunkin I have ever visited. Slow service & they always run out of items. You will sit there for 20 minutes for a coffee. This has happened multiple times. Only other option is Carmel which is 15 minutes away. May have to start drinking Starbucks.

Sophia was behind the counter today, and she was amazing! It was the day of the tornado watch, and I am SO happy that I chose to brave the elements to visit this fine establishment. Dunkin’ has always been good, but Sophia made it 100x better. She deserves a huge raise!

I used to come to this location all the time for breakfast and they were great. I work down the road so it’s convenient for me. That last couple of months have been horrible. I came this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes. The two people at the window, a blonde girl and a guy with pink bangs, were standing around doing nothing and forgot that I was even there. The guy with pink band opened the window and said ‘oops. Here. No apology. No have a nice day. Just a blunt ‘here’. Him and the blond girl proceeded to laugh about it. They don’t care at all. Completely unacceptable. They both looked very unprofessional as well. Covered in piercings and tattoos, and the guy look unclean. Hire some better people!! This is ridiculous!!

I love the last 2 Dunkin’s I’ve been in. This one was phenomenal from the young man taking our order, to the person making our order, to the person handling our order to us. Everyone was kind, smiling, and on a whim I asked that the young man taking our order to decide how much caramel chocolate syrup to put in my coffee. He suggested 2 shots… BOY was he right!! All of it was delish!!

Slow drive-thru, I had to repeat my basic order many times (and they still got it wrong two different ways so I still had to go back in), and the coffee was way too hot. The carrot cake muffin was delicious though.
