Big shoutout to Pier 17 for allowing us to host our daughter’s surprise birthday party there! I reached out to Chanda just two weeks before the event, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The team was extremely accommodating and had everything ready and set up perfectly for our group of 24. We didn’t have to wait for anything!
Our waitress, Rihanna, was amazing and took excellent care of us the entire time. I wish I could remember the GM’s name because he also did an exceptional job making sure everyone in our party was well taken care of.
It truly could not have been a better experience. We’re so grateful and highly recommend them for any special occasion!

Love this place. The seafood boils are the best and service has always been great. The seafood bread is good too (they bring it to you as a free appetizer).

First time visiting Pier 17. My family went for dinner on a Sunday night. It was not too busy. Our server was friendly, polite and took great care of us! We all got boils and really enjoyed them. The cheese bread was so good, we ordered a second basket (first basket is free). We all had a great experience and would return.

Very clean, & friendly place to eat. I didn’t like the menu selections. Everything that wasn’t a seafood boil is fried. I really wanted steamed oysters & maybe some Lobster/ Seafood Pasta. Instead, I ordered the Shrimp Gumbo just to find out that there was no shrimp that comes in it.

Food is always good and the service is always top notch, now I won’t speak well of the kitchen manager, didn’t get a name but appeared to be a gentleman of Asian decent, we were conducting business with our waitress and he basically came and pushed her out of the way and rudely started grabbing all the finished items off of the table to where we had to stop with the waitress and let him finish. I asked what’s his problem and she said I don’t know he’s rude that way, then stated that he was the kitchen manager I responded with well he needs to stay in the kitchen and I see why he is not front of the house employee. Other than that great place.

There was a issue with our food and the manager was fast to take care of us and fix the problem. That makes a great manager. Staff friendly and welcoming. The crab legs, corn, potatoes and seafood bread was out of this world delicious. Place was clean and staff were neat and tidy. You looking for good crab legs, come here. We will be back and looking forward to it.

Staff here are outstanding. The service was excellent. The food was good too. The restaurant is clean including restrooms. Manager checks in with customers needs. Very friendly place to eat. Our server was eager to suggest items and she was spot on with her recommendations. Would definitely return to try another selection.

The food was alright. Oysters were fairly priced and of a decent quality. I ordered a lobster roll which actually neither looks or tastes like any I’ve ever had. It was sad, colorless, and tasted like it was canned meat and not the lump claw meat is traditionally made from. The sauce was also rather bland. It’s rather disappointing as this is one of my favorite meals. The best piece of food was actually my childs chicken tenders or the garlic bread with imitation crab baked in. The fries themselves had a pretty good season on them as well. Unfortunately for a seafood restaurant, the seafood game seems to be lacking. I’ll return again with the intention of trying one of the steam pots for a redemption.
